W artykule autorzy przybliżają kwestie związane z zamachem na życie króla Szwecji Gustawa III, dokonanym na balu maskowym w sztok- holmskiej operze w nocy z 16 na 17 marca 1792 r. W pierwszej części tekstu przedstawiono pokrótce sylwetkę i dokonania tego władcy panującego w latach 1771–1792. Gustaw III przeszedł do historii jako autor dwóch zamachów stanu – z 1772 i 1789 r. Po pierwszym z nim zakończona została w dziejach Szwecji „epoka wolności”. Drugi pozwoliłPNH królowi skupić pełnię władzy w jego rękach. W ostatnich latach życia władca Szwecji planował zorganizowanie monarchistycz- nej krucjaty przeciwko rewolucyjnej Francji. Jego zamiary zostały jednak zniwe- czone przez zamach z 16 marca 1792 r. W drugiej części artykułu, opierając się na doniesieniach prasy warszawskiej, przedstawiono przebieg zamachu na życie króla, ostatnie chwile życia władcy, jego śmierć i uroczystości pogrzebowe. Omó- wiono również przebieg śledztwa, proces i wyroki na królobójców. Uzupełniając doniesienia prasowe o ustalenia literatury przedmiotu, udało się uzyskać w miarę pełny i nieopracowany dotąd na gruncie polskim obraz zasygnalizowanego -

In an international school setting, we all have been new to Gothenburg at some point and have been in the same position as the new families here. The PTA has found that many questions arise whether you are new or have lived here for some time. This guide was written by a handful of PTA volunteer parents to help answer these questions, create a sense of community and make life a little easier. Our hope in writing this handbook is to help make the transition comfortable for new families as the years go forward. Liseberg Waterpark Update June, 2019 Introduction Introduction & Disclaimer DRAFT • Leisure Development Partners LLP (LDP) is a leading consulting firm specialised in the feasibility, review and performance improvement of visitor attractions and leisure real estate. LDP’s Partners have more than 60 years experience in this niche. The LDP approach relies upon detailed market analysis and the application of carefully chosen real world benchmarks from existing comparable projects. This nuanced approach came out of the originalContents feasibility work for Disney and has been developed further over the past 50 years. • In 2014 LDP were commissioned by the management team at Liseberg to complete a market and feasibility study for a proposed expansion to Liseberg. A number of options were available but after some deliberation it was agreed that a waterpark as a second gate and accompanying on-site accommodation was the favourite expansion option. LDP completed the study of the potential for the waterpark and 450-room hotel, and also estimated the likely economic impact for such a development. • Since the original work much progress has been made. As plans have moved forward the management team at Liseberg have asked LDP to review and update our original work to take into account any changes in the market and in consideration of the revised waterpark concept. The Swedish Diet of 1746–1747 dealt with different alliance options, resulting in the diplomatic corps to engage more actively in government affairs in Stockholm. This dissertation examines diplomacy as a social practice created by individual agents by focusing on the relationship between diplomacy, opinions, and everyday conflicts. The study builds on previous research on early-modern diplomacy, public opinion and foreign envoys in Sweden during the Age of Liberty. Contrary to studies highlighting foreign influence on Swedish politics, it focuses on influence in the opposite direction by discussing how local politics influenced the diplomatic agency of different embassies. The theoretical framework builds on the notion of early-modern diplomatic agents as an epistemic community with a shared set of norms and the notion that early-modern society was characterized by competing normative systems. The study addresses three questions. -
