GENERAL PROVISIONS The Senior GR Grand Prix Ivan Poddubny International tournament will be organized by the Ministry for Sports of Russia, the Wrestling Federation of Russia. 2. DATES AND PLACE: 2.1. The tournament will be held from 20 to 23 January 2017. 2.2. Arrival to Moscow is on 20.01.2017 till 6 p.m. 2.3. Departure from Moscow on 23 January 2017 2.4.Tournament will take place in the Sport Complex 2.4.Tournament will be held on 3 Olymp Tour wrestling mats. 3. PARTICIPATION 3.1. The structure of the official GR delegation is as follows: Chiefs Athletes Coaches Referees Total delegation 7-8 1 1 1 10-11 4-6 - 1 1 6-8 2-3 - 1 - 3-4 3.2. The deadline for preliminary entry forms to be sent to the Organizing Committee is on 30 December, 2016. 3.3. The deadline for final entry forms to be sent to the Organizing Committee is on 20 January, 2017 until 4 p.m . 3.4. The deadline for copies of passports to be sent in order to issue entry visas to Russia is on 30 December 2016. 4. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS: 4.1. The competitions will be held in accordance with the UWW Wrestling Rules. 4.2. Referees of International category will officiate the IT. 4.3. The following weight categories will be available: GR: 59-66-71-75-80-85-98-130 kg 4.4. Two kg of tolerance will be allowed for each weight category. 5. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS: 5.1. The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation and local transport in Moscow from 20.01.2017 to 23.01.2017. 5.1. The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation, meals and local transport on 20-23 January 2017 5.2. The traveling expenses to and from Moscow will be in charge of invited National Federations. 5.3. Accommodation and accreditation fee of additional persons and extra days staying will cost 80 euro for one person per day. 5.4. The Organizing Committee will provide, if necessary, the first aid. Participating country will pay all expenses of hospitalization. 5.5. Each participating country will provide the Organizing Committee with its National Flag and a disk of its National Anthem. 6. PRIZES The Organizing Committee will ensure the following prizes for the Tournament: - Medals, Diplomas for winners, prize winners and coaches ; -Team prizes and Diplomas for the teams won 1-3 places. 7. MISCELLANEOUS 7.1. In order to provide entry visas in time it is necessary as soon as possible to send the preliminary entries and copies of passports. 7.2.
