The 2019-20 season marks the 16th for the Tigers in their home arena, FedExForum, which officially opened in September, 2004. Located just a few feet off Beale Street on historic Highway 61, FedExForum rises to extend the heart of the Memphis entertainment district. Memphis plays its 2019-20 home contests in the 18,400-seat arena, which served as host for 2019 American Athletic Conference Championship. It also is the site for the 2021 NCAA South Regional. Since it opened in 2004, FedExForum has hosted six Conference USA Tournaments, three NCAA Men’s South Regionals (2009, 2014, 2017), two American Athletic Conference Tour- naments (2014, 2019) and one NCAA Women’s South Regional (2010).
