The Peapack campus is nestled on a 130-acre tract of rolling countryside in the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone in Somerset County, N.J. The 595,000 square-foot facility comprises 10 buildings that are interconnected by covered canopies and a subterranean tunnel system. The campus was built in 1979 for Beneficial Finance and then was purchased by Pharma- cia & Upjohn in 1998 for use as its corporate headquarters. In 2003 Pfizer obtained the site through its acquisition of Pharmacia.
