This report contains data summaries and statistical analyse~ for the various portions ofthe ocean monitoring program, including oceanographic conditions, microbiology, sediment characteristics, benthic infauna, demersal fishes and megabenthic invertebrates, and bioaccumulation ofcontaminants in fish tissues. These data are also presented in the International Boundary and Water Commission's annual report for discharge from the International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NPDES Permit No. CAOI 08928, Order No. 96-50).
