Tim Kern has been cleared by the Jessica Lunsford Act Level 2 background screening required of all persons who work with children in the state of Florida (the same clearance level as all teachers are required to have). TK Photography is a certified company with the state of Florida. TK Photography has been operational in good standing for over five years providing sports league photography, school photography, and custom family photography in Sarasota and Charlotte County.
