Approve the minutes of the December 15, 2017, commission meeting in Salem. 2. Confirm the next two commission meeting dates: • Thursday, February 15, 2018, commission meeting in Salem. • Thursday, March 15, 2018, commission meeting in Salem. 3. Request approval to adopt a resolution for authority to acquire real property by purchase, condemnation, agreement or donation. 4. Accept the Oregon Department of Transportation Quarterly Program Report for October 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017. 5. Accept the Oregon Department of Transportation’s Internal Audit Management letter on a follow-up to an audit of ODOT’s Railroad Gross Revenue Fee. 6. Request approval of a Type A Immediate Opportunity Fund grant request in the amount of $1,000,000 to the City of Albany to widen, pave and add bicycle and pedestrian facilities to Lochner Road Southeast. 7. Request approval to amend the 2018-2021 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program to add a new project for Mount Hood Highway Multi-Modal Signing Improvements at a total estimated cost of $500,000. 8. Request approval to amend the 2018-2021 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program to revise funding for two projects: • Increase the funding for the construction phase of the Oregon 42: Bridge rail replacements project which addresses three bridges (Mile Points 0.57, 25.42, and 30.10) on Oregon 42 in Region 3. The total estimated cost of this project will increase from $1,830,000 to $2,486,918; • Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020 project to cover the additional costs of the Oregon 42: Bridge rail replacements project. The funds available for the Bridge rail retrofit funds - FFY 2020 project will decrease from $1,500,000 to $843,082. 9. Request approval to amend the 2018-2021 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program to increase the preliminary engineering phase and cancel the construction and right-of-way phases to change the Oregon 141 (Hall Boulevard): Scholls Ferry Road to Hemlock Street in Region 1 to a shelf project. 10. Request approval to amend the 2018-2021 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program to cancel the Oregon 202 at mile point 6.6 (Bakenen slide) project located in Clatsop County; reduce funding on two other projects: the Oregon 22: Rockfall remediation mile point 72 and 81 project located in Linn County and the U.S. 101: rockfall remediation Tillamook County project. The $2,954,500 of funds will be transferred to five higher priority projects within the Region 2 STIP Operations Program: • Add $800,000 to the U.S. 101 at Beaver slide repair project located in Tillamook County. • Add $604,500 to the Oregon 99 West at mile point 20.85 drainage improvements project located in Yamhill County. • Add $400,000 to the U.S. 101 Arch Cape Tunnel lighting replacement project located in Clatsop County. • Add $600,000 to the U.S. 101:Moolack landslide repair mile point 135.7 to 136.31 project located in Lincoln County. • Add $550,000 to the Orgon 22: Independence Junction illumination project located in Polk County.
