Accommodation Guest House at Venue & Catering Participants will be lodged at the guest house of the venue. The venue is located between Havel and Wannsee on the idyllic island of Schwanenwerder - away from all the hustle and bustle of the capital and yet only a few minutes from the center of Berlin. At Schwanenwerder, all guests will find a historic meeting place and a modern guest house surrounded by a landmarked park.

Transportation Public transport to the shuttle service pick-up point
Tegel Airport (60 min): Take Bus X9 and get off at “Zoologischer Garten”. Change to city train S7 (direction Potsdam Hbf.) or S1 (direction Wannsee) and get off at “Nikolassee”. Continue with provided shuttle service to the venue.
Schönefeld Airport (1h 30min): Take the city train S 9 (direction Pankow) and get off at “Schöneweide”. Change to S 47 (direction Westend) and get off at “Schöneberg”. Change to S 1 (direction Wannsee) and get off at “Nikolassee”. Continue with provided shuttle service to the venue.
Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) (25 min): Take the city train S 7 (direction Potsdam Hbf.) or S1 (direction Wannsee) and get off at “Nikolassee”. Continue with provided shuttle service to the venue.
Shuttle Service
We will provide a shuttle service from the train station “Nikolassee” to the venue. Exit the train station and follow the signs “Strandbad Wannsee”, you will find a shuttle bus to your left that will depart half-hourly from 8.00 am onwards. If you are not able to use the Shuttle Service, please note that there is no regular taxi stand at the train station “Nikolassee”. Please get off the train one station later at “Wannsee”. There, you will find a taxi stand. Walking from “Nikolassee” to the venue will take you about 40 minutes.
