Access routes Access to the Property from Montemor-o-Novo is via highway EN253, which connects to Alcácer do Sal. From EN 253 access to the Property is by means of an unpaved roadway. The Property is close to the A2 motorway that runs between the Algarve and Lisbon and to the A6 motorway that links Lisbon and Badajoz. 5 The Property The property consists of a “Monte Alentejano” composed of a main house and two other small support buildings, set on a piece of land with cork and holm oaks, vineyards and eucalyptus grove. The main house has a constructed area of 732 m2 and underwent a full, general reconstruction project in 2004, and is therefore in excellent state of repair. The dwelling is made up of a sitting room and a dining room, a game room, a kitchen with pantry, machinery room and housekeeper’s quarters, five bedrooms without private bathroom, five independent bathrooms and two bedrooms with private bath. The structure of the dwelling is reinforced concrete with ceramic tile roof set on pre-stressed concrete beams.
