9 Aunt Leah's The Link $532,209 The Link Housing First began operation in January 2015 in Independent Housing First partnership with HPS and BC Housing and serves the Life Skills needs of homeless foster youth who have, or will soon, Society ‘age out’ of provincial foster care system. This housing first initiative focuses on youth from foster care who are experiencing chronic and episodic homelessness. Program brings a preventative aspect to housing first model, to prevent aging out into a street and shelter homelessness. 10 RainCity Housing First $168,970 ICM team for region, with HPS funding case manager and Housing & ICM Team for housing specialist Support Maple Ridge Society 11 RainCity RainCity Surrey $1,238,926 Serve clients and provide scattered site housing to people Housing & ICM Team who are chronic/episodic or those with a history of Support chronic/episodic homelessness in Surrey/White Rock as Society primary location and Langley as secondary location. Place 15 clients with complex addiction issues into permanent housing. 12 The Elizabeth Surrey Housing $3,046,462 A collaborative between E Fry, Options, Lookout and Fry Society of First Sources in Surrey serving chronically and episodically Greater Collaboration - homeless or history of either; goal to place 157 clients. Vancouver Hitting The Nail on the Head 13 Pacific Broadway $460,958 Partnering with the Broadway Youth Resource Centre Community Youth Resource Collective, will house 30 youth aged 0-24 and include Resources Centre Housing Aboriginal community, youth transitioning to adulthood Society Outreach and LGBTQ2S community. 14 RainCity Coquitlam $229,456 To provide scattered site Housing First case management Housing & Housing First to up to 15 people.
