„… Freely you have received; freely give” (Mt.10:8) With these words does Jesus send his disciples to spread the words of the gospel, to experience the service in love with others, to raise God’s heavenly kingdom. Caritas Catolica is the shielding hand of the mother-church, a helping hand, a large heart, where even the weakest ones can find refuge. Today, when Christianity is facing a new persecution, it is of vital importance to speak the language of selfless love, and not the language of hate. I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to the workers of the diocesan Caritas organization for doing their job with high professionalism, kindness and altruism. I also wish to thank the volunteers, who take the example of the Good Samaritan, try to create a better world and a more lovable church in a profit-oriented society. I repeatedly thank our foreign sponsors, who stand besides us, support our cases with devotion, and through their generous donations are helping us to better the lives of our beneficiaries. I encourage all the collaborators of our organization, priests, teachers, believers and youngsters to beat this culture of distancing and insensibility adt turn towards their fellow human beings with an open heart, helping those who are in need. With blessing Böcskei László, bishop

Annual Report 2019 3 Management Info

One of the most important events of the year 2019 was Pope Francis’s visit to , thanks to which major attention was given to the catholic organizations. In this context we have continued our charitable work, helping all people in need, regardless of their ethnic or religious background. Our main goal was to maintain our pre-existing services: homecare, soup kitchens, elderly homes, boarding school and aid general program for the poor. We have finally restarted the activity at the Caritas Policlinic in Oradea after a long break – it took 2 years to obtain the necessary permits and authorizations from the local authorities. At present we have less doctors and specialists than in the past, but we hope to slowly grow and develop this service. Some of the main investments in 2019 include: installing a new electric gate in St’ Elisabeth’s Elderly Home and installing water hydrants, smoke detectors, and other necessary fire-protection equipment in St. Joseph’s Center. We have rented out some rooms in St. Joseph’s building, for the creation of a Permanent Physician’s Office, where they provide medical consultancy and emergency assistance for free not only on weekdays, but also on weekends. We have also managed to renovate a wing of St. Joseph’s building. We wish to move the main office of the homecare service from St’ Elisabeth’s Elderly Home to the newly renovated rooms in St. Joseph’s building. This way we will free up 3 rooms in St. Elisabeth’s so we can increase the number of inhabitants in the future, thus increasing the income. The homecare service was in a big crisis in the previous years because of low financing from the state and new regulations. The situation was so bad, that from 15 homecare providers in Oradea city, only 2 have survived (one of the survivors was Caritas), while in the rural areas we are the only homecare provider at present. We were able to maintain our homecare activity thanks to the help of SOEB foundation from Boskoop. For this we will be forever grateful. There is a big demand

4 Caritas Catolica Management Info for homecare in our region so we tried to extend our services with funds from the European Union. We have won a project and we were able to increase the number of beneficiaries with 180 additional persons.

With the help of Jan and Coby Willemsen, we have tried to correlate the fee the residents pay with the real costs of their caretaking. We have applied these changes only for those residents who are not social cases. This way we managed to eliminate the major financial difficulties in elderly homes by the end of the year. We have also managed to slightly raise the salaries of elderly-home employees. This was very important because state employees earn two times more than the salaries we can provide for our caretakers. In the name of our beneficiaries we would like to thank our employees for the job they do with heart and devotement. We would also like to thank to our sponsors, whit their help we manage to maintain and develop our services to aid those people who are suffering from material or health conditions. We are very grateful for their continuous support, and we hope we can carry on our mission together.

Annual Report 2019 5 Aid office

In 2019 as in previous years one of the basic activities of the Caritas Catolica Association was the humanitarian mission of aiding the needy. The aid was granted on the basis of a social analysis and following the approval of written requests submitted at our headquarters through the Aid Office. The aid offered to persons and families in need consisted of clothing, footwear, toys, sweets, food or medical material. In addition to individuals, we help more needy communities by collaborating with local authorities, institutions, foundations, parishes, kindergartens, schools, associations, hospitals, etc. During 2019 we granted clothing and furniture aids to 6 rural town halls and several church and educational institutions as follows: SĂCUENI clothes 10604 kg, household objects 252 boxes, furniture 8 pieces cosmetics 6 boxes; INEU DE CRIS clothes 718 kg, 300, household objects 30 kg boxes, clothes 630 kg household objects 20 boxes, HUSASU DE clothes 2518 kg, housekeeping 66 boxes, SÂNMARTIN clothes 680 kg, household objects 25 boxes, AS ROMARGARETA MARGHITA clothes 2100 kg, toys 2 boxes, BISERICA PENTICOSTAL INEU clothes 1150 kg, 100 pairs of shoes, CHILDREN OF LOVE FOUNDATION clothes 190 pcs, shoes 148, KINDERGARTEN SZT LASZLO clothes 100 pcs, shoes 100, AS. During the holidays we distributed a total of 1836 christmas packages to 49 parishes, of which 45 Roman Catholic, 3 Reformed, and an Orthodox parish in Drăgeşti village. We distributed medical and care materials for individuals as follows: 200 pcs. nutritional food drink, bed sheets 200 pcs, diapers 200 pcs. We have donated 110 boxes of medical materials, 630 pcs. nutritional drink, 300 pcs absorbent and 200 masks to the DR POP MIRCEA HOSPITAL in Marghita city, respectively 30 boxes of medical materials, and 60 pcs of nutridrink to LASER SYSTEM Medical Center. Ilona Magori, head of aid office

6 Caritas Catolica Soup kitchen

The purpose of the Soup Kitchen is to provide daily food for residents of retirement homes (3 main meals and 2 snacks /day) respectively daily hot meals for homeless people, and poor families on weekdays. In addition, in a smaller percentage we also satisfy orders from paying customers in catering system. We use the revenues to maintain our social activity.

Depending on the season, the canteen serves 160 to 200 people each day. Of these, about 70 residents of elderly homes, 70 social cases (winter) and 40–45 paying customers. In summer, the number of social cases served is around 40/day. In addition to these daily activities, there were also special occasions - voluntary and humanitarian actions – when we distributed additional food packages in poverty-stricken communities. With the help of volunteers, we have distributed 95 food packets to homeless people. In addition, on state and religious holidays, on 12 different occasions, we have distributed a total of 851 food packages. We have also donated food and sweets to other organizations like Children of Love Foundation, the General Child and Family Services Authority (DGASPC) or the Vincentian and Mallersdorf Sororities in total value of approx. 8000 lei.

Annual Report 2019 7 Soup kitchen

All this was made possible by the contribution of loyal sponsors, such as mag. Peter Zidar deacon from Austria, Konrad Fundneider and organizations like Caritasverband Passau, HAK Giessen, Stichting Oost Europa Boskoop, Caritas Swolgen, Barmherzigen Schwestern from Augsburg, or Freundeskreis Villingen-Schwenningen. Currently the canteen operates with 6 employees, as follows: a coordinator, a social worker, three chefs and a driver. The canteen meets European standards and is very well equipped thanks to external sponsors, but in order to optimize the activity, we would need to equip the kitchen with an air conditioner because the windows of the room cannot be fully opened, only slightly. The entrance door should also be changed, the façade re-plastered, and we would need to install a waterproof tarp above the door to protect it against the rain. In 2018, we have reopened the old kitchen on the Sirul Canonicilor street to complement the work of the soup kitchen. The new kitchen was operated with one employee and volunteers, and throughout the year 2019 served the students of the Caritas Boarding School and St. Martin's Elderly Home. Unfortunately in December 2019 we had to suspend the activity of this unit due to lack of personnel, but we hope that we can restart it soon.

Márta Szabó, kitchen chief

8 Caritas Catolica St. Martin’s Elderly Home

St. Martin's Home provides care for elderly people in need of constant supervision assistance. Our goal is to provide help with professionalism, empathy and love to people who no longer have forces to fight the hardships of old age on their own. We strive to ensure the best conditions in which residents can live with dignity the last years of their lives. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of residents. We had an average of 35 residents during the year. At the moment we are working with one part-time and 17 full-time employees. Among the most important investments of the year, we mention: building the pavilion in the garden. The project was financed from Swiss funds and the traditional Easter collection. Another important investment was the partial renovation of 2 bathrooms upstairs, with the support of pastor Harold van Overbeek and the community of Ommel. We received a professional tumble dryer and a cat-robot with therapeutic function from Jan and Coby Willemsen. Two of our nurses had the opportunity to attend a Medical Taping course, also through their support. We have received donations repeatedly from mag. Peter Zidar deacon (milk, coffee, food, etc.) from Austria and Ria Beukenkamp and SOEB Foundation (clothes, and auxiliary materials, accessories). In order to maintain the quality of our services, in the near future we would need to do the thermal isolation of the building and renovation of the heating system. We would also like to make the garden of the home accessible to patients with dementia, to renovate the dining room and living room, to install a lifting device for mobilizing patients, but also the foundation of the back terrace requires repair. We have problems with moisture and implicitly mold. Haier Sikolya Emma, head of elderly home

Annual Report 2019 9 St. Ladislaus boarding school

The Saint Ladislau Boarding School is coordinated by 2 social pedagogues, and is home to 33 young students from disadvantaged rural areas, orphanages, or families at high risk of social exclusion. We provide them accommodation, meals, afterschool programs, tutoring – all in family-like atmosphere promoting their personal development and mutual respect. They also have access to sports, cultural, artistic, religious and voluntary programs.

Children often arrive in the institution with many shortcomings in education, so it is the task of teachers to provide education often starting with basic things, such as using the toilet, cutlery, electrical equipment, help with studying, language correction and much more. In 2019 we were able to equip the boarding school’s sports hall with tatami mattresses thanks to sponsorship from the Beaulieu Convent School in Jersey, renovate the boys’ bathrooms and carry out several repairs to the plumbing. The children also participated thanks to sponsorships in several cultural and fun activities such as the trip to the crystal caves in Rosia and Meziad localities, the screening of a documentary film on human trafficking, recreation and socialization activity at the waterpark in Oradea. To maintain the activity for the next school year we would need: • further financial support for the heating of bedrooms during the winter, as the costs are very high due to the internal height of the rooms • we would like to buy some sports equipment for the gym such as different weights, bag and boxing gloves • financial support for the painting of spaces • changing the kitchen floor

Varadi Klara, social pedagogue

10 Caritas Catolica Volunteering

In the field of volunteering, we can say that the VOLO project launched in 2016 with Swiss funding has paid off. Although the project was ended more than a year ago, the general interest in volunteering has not ceased. No branch office of our association is lacking volunteers, on the contrary: we have so many people eager to help that we strive to find work for everyone.

In the year 2019 we had more than 200 subscribed volunteers, of which more than 70 were constantly active throughout the year performing over a thousand hours of unpaid work. These volunteers contributed daily by organizing and participating in activities such as occupational and art therapy for the elderly, gardening and sanitation, cooking and distributing food in the social canteen, or mobilizing the elderly. In addition to regular volunteers, we had hundreds of other young people who – individually or together with their class – occasionally participated in humanitarian, fundraising or promotional activities. Let's just remember a few: • In January and February we distributed several times thick winter clothes and food to homeless people at the Night Shelter on Gutenberg Street • Several classes from the Constantin Brâncuşi Highschool coordinated by teacher Georgi ana Tiplea collected food for the Caritas Soup Kitchen, respectively on various occasions they offered gifts made by hand to the residents of the old people's homes. • Students from the Agroindustrial High School "Tamási Áron" in Borş have arranged the gardens of our elderly homes on several occasions • The program coordinated by Mag. Peter Zidar deacon continued, through which Austrian students from the HTL Modling Professional School partially renovated the interior of the St. Joseph's Center. • Together with volunteers of the Beaulieu Convent School from Jersey and students of

Annual Report 2019 11 Volunteering the Caritas Social Boarding School, we have distributed warm food, clothes and aid packages to homeless people in oradea and to several rural and urban communities affected by poverty. • Several information materials (flyers, posters) were created and distributed through vol unteers to promote the services and events of Caritas Catolica Association, i.e. the pro motion of the association's second-hand stores and the dentist’s office.

The 30 most active volunteers were awarded by the association at the Volunteer Gala held on the 14th of February, 2019. Merit diplomas and awards were handed out by his ex. Böcskei László Roman Catholic Bishop. The award ceremony was followed by a carnival party. We would like to mention that in addition to the actual work done by volunteers without monetary rewards, these actions have also brought a positive image contribution to Caritas Catolica. Humanitarian activities were mostly organised in public places and attracted the admiration of the passers-by, and they also aroused the interest of the press. Throughout the year, several interviews were conducted with volunteers, and TV reports on these activities, which were broadcasted both on local and national level. Two of the Volunteers of the Association, KISS BERNADETT and ANTAL GERGŐ were also awarded by the Oradea town hall at the volunteer gala organized each year by the Oradea Social Assistance Directorate. As a reward for their efforts throughout the year, but also to strengthen the team, a group of volunteers participated in a course and team-building trip in nature on June 13, 2019 thanks to the sponsorship received from Beaulieu Convent School in Jersey. During the event, the young people visited the crystal caves of Meziad and the Farcu mine, and participated in a series of educational activities on the topic of volunteering and team- building. In the future we want to develop the possibilities of volunteering and we would like to organize at least one trip of team-building camp for volunteers every year. We would be very grateful for any material help allocated for this purpose!

Szombati-Gille Tamas, volunteer-coordinator

12 Caritas Catolica St. Elizabeth’s Elderly Home

The purpose of St. Elizabeth's nursing home is to improve the quality of life of the elderly, to ensure modern and quality care, to create a family atmosphere – so that the beneficiaries can lead a harmonious and dignified life, despite the age-specific mental and physical degradation. In 2019 the home had an average of 34 beneficiaries. They receive non-stop care according to their individual needs. Occupational activities and social events are organised to eliminate a sense of uselesness or marginalization. We also help them to access public medical services by transporting them to specialized doctors or hospitals. The home residents receive 3 main meals and 2 snacks each day, and we strive to adapt all meals for people who needed a special diet according to the recommendations of the specialist doctors. Regular meetings and discussions are organised to identify and test needs and satisfaction. Currently our institution has 14 employees – 8 caretakers, 1 social worker, 1 medical nurse, 2 social workers, 2 cleaning ladies. A family doctor visits the beneficiaries weekly and participates in the planning and monitoring of services provided in a multi-discipline team. We regularly work with specialist doctors (kinetotherapist, neurologist, psychologist, etc.) to cover needs. In 2019 we were able to automate the main entrance gate to ease access with cars and ambulances in emergency cases. In order to improve the quality of services for beneficiaries, we would need support for the purchase of a suitable car according to the specific needs for the transport of benefiars with reduced mobility to the doctor, or to various social events. Nagy Andrea home coordinator

Annual Report 2019 13 Home Care Service (CID) Our Home Care Service has a total of 21 employees, who provided medical and social care for 329 patients in the year 2019, in the following localties: Oradea, Sălcea, Osorhei, Marghita, , Săcueni. Caritas Catolica Association is attested by the National Health Insurer as a provider of healthcare and homecare services, we also rent out medical equipment to the patients like beds, wheelchairs, walking aids and oxygen concentrators. The National Insurer partially supports the care services for 320 cases, for a total of 90 days/year, divided into periods of 15-30 days with breaks in between. All Home Care Centres are authorised by the Public Health Institution and the Ministry of Health. It is important to mention that following a large-scale control by inspectors of the National Health Insurer in the year 2016, out of 16 homecare providers in Oradea city 14 were closed down, and only 2 companies remained active – Caritas Catolica remaining the largest homecare provider in our region. Our Homecare Centers also hold social licenses. The National Health Insurer settles only medical services, medical care, physical therapy, according to a package of medical services, based on a recommendation issued by a family doctor or specialist doctor. Regarding the social license: it is necessary for applying for subsidies from local authorities, but only non-medical care services are taken into account here. In the first part of the year we were nearly forced to close down our homecare services because of financial issues. Subventions from the government come 6 month later than needed which makes it very difficult for us to maintain our services in the first part of the year. This was remedied by an aid from the Franciscan Sisters of Breda in the form of money donation, and also permanent sponsorships from our Boscoop partners who have covered large part of the salaries and also help us with high quality medical materials, as well as the allocation of subsidies from local authorities in the second semester. Bishop Bocskei's interest in the beneficiaries of home care services was manifested by multiple visits to the homecare patients in all the different workpoints. Regular visits to CID beneficiaries and regular training to increase the quality of our services were also carried out by our partners from Boscoop. Since August 2019, Homecare staff have been participating in the implementation of an EU- funded Project of the Caritas Catholic Association: Development of social home care services for the elderly. As part of the project, we have cared for a supplementary number of 52 more beneficiaries in the Oradea, Săcueni, Oşorhey, Sălcea, Marghita and 14 other beneficiaries in Salonta, through partnership with the City Hall of Salonta within the project entitled Grandmothers of Salonta Community, which started in October 2019. The objective of the projects is to reduce the number of elderly people belonging to vulnerable groups. The benefits of these projects are felt on an individual, family, and community level. In the future, due to the high demands for physical therapy and care, it would be necessary to hire more professional staff. Toth Andrea, homecare coordinator

14 Caritas Catolica Marghita branch office

At our workpoint in Marghita city in 2019 we had the following active services: St. Anthony's Elderly Home, St. Margaret's Elderly Home and the Social Canteen. St. Anthony's Elderly Home had an average of 24 beneficiaries and 10 employees of which: 1 coordinator, 1 social worker, 1 social assistant, , 1 nurse, 1 maid, 4 caregivers and 1 physiotherapist. This year 4 rooms were modernized, the flooring being changed and the walls painted. For the safety of the beneficiaries the tiles in the bathroom has been changed to anti- slip materials. A high-capacity air conditioner was purchased and new furniture for the medical office. St. Margaret’s Elderly Home hosted an average of 24 beneficiaries who were taken care of by 12 employees: 1 coordinator, 1 social assistant, 1 social worker, 1 cleaning lady, 1 physiotherapist, 1 nurse and 6 carers. The following investments were made in 2019: new furniture in the office, wooden doors of the toilets were changed to thermo- isolated plastic doors which are easier to sanitize and we have also enlarged the dining room on the ground floor. The soup kitchen with a team of 3 employees played an important role in helping disadvantaged people and low-income families. The average number of beneficiaries who attended the social canteen in 2019 was 32 beneficiaries/day. The same canteen also cooks for the two retirement homes. Social cases receive a free daily hot meal at lunch, while for the elderly homes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner is served. The Soup Kitchen had a rather significant investment Caritas St.Petrus Paulus Uden the Netherlands, enabling us to purchase professional stainless steel furniture specific to industrial kitchens. Within the Marghita branch were organized events such as the action "clothes hanger" by which we collected thick second-hand clothes for homeless people in wintertime; a masquerade in February, celebration of national and religious holidays and the distributing Christmas gift packages for the needy. For the year 2020 to ensure the greatest comfort of the beneficiaries we have foreseen the further modernization of St. Margaret’s Elderly Home by changing the wooden doors, new furniture and the arrangement of the garden to create a kind of recreation park for the reidents.

Annual Report 2019 15 Marghita branch office

For the home of St. Anton we are considering the establishment of a sports field with different outdoor fitness machines – specially designed for people with disabilities For the soup kitchen in Marghita we would need financial help for purchasing a new gas stowe with 6 burners. The one we use at present is very old, over 25 years and has only 4 burners.

Kiss Károly, head of Marghita branch office

Our plan is to support disadvantaged children and their parents, and the construction of the technical project is now under bid. - we are also developing a project to finance the maintenance of this service for 3 to 4 years. Donations needed for: - conversion of the heating system into gas heating and renovations at the social kitchen, the homecare workpoint in Tasnad, the medical laboratory, the guest rooms and meeting room - in the courtyard of the elderly's day care home to build a garden filagoria where the elderly can sit out during the summer

Thanks for all constructive thoughts, actions and prayer, directed with love towards the Tasnad filial, thanks to reverend Hugo and his believers, to the Vincentius Association of Schijndel, Caritas St.Petrus Uden, the leaders and colleagues of, the Caritas Schijndel foundation and the leaders and members of the Kolping family of Lahnsten for their sacrificial work and assistance.

18 Caritas Catolica Transports

The Caritas central warehouse had 3 employees in 2019 Their mission was to handle, store and distribute to our shops the clothes and other goods received as donations from abroad. In 2019 we received the following quantities of shipments from our external sponsors: Donor nr. of transports cubic meters FREUNDKREIS ORDEA-VILLINGEN SCHWENNIGEN 6 350 PFARRE MARIA ANZBACH 13 91 FREIWILLIGEN-ZENTRUM ST.ELISABETH ALTOTING 5 30 STICHTING CARITAS UDEN 12 1160 STICHTUNG CARITAS SWOLGEN 4 400 VOLKHILFE WIEN 5 16 STICHTING CARITAS BAERLE-NASSAU 3 300 STICHTING OOST EUROPA BOSKOOP 3 300 SPENDEGRUPPE ELEKTRON FUNDNEIDER 2 12 STICHTING STEUNGROEP NEDERLAND-ROEMENIE 1 6 ROM.KATH.PFARRAMT-PURGSTALL-WIESELBURG 1 100 LANDESKLINIKUM WAIDHOFEN/YBBS 1 10

Retired, but still active – our dear friend and sponsor Ad van den Brand has been sending us aid transports from Schijndel for decades. Now, he has transferred part of the lo- gistic duties to Caritas St. Petrus Paulus Uden, where they have a large basis of volunteers. He still remains active in organizing and transferring donations to Romania.

Annual Report 2019 19 Caritas Shops

Many customers come to our second- hand shops, a good part of them are loyal customers of the house. Indeed, mostly those on middle or low incomes come here to buy something and are very happy with the range of offered products. The proceedings from sales help to support the social activity of Caritas, without these revenues we could not maintain our services. We are very grateful to all sponsors for the donated goods. At the same time, we want to mention that the most useful and saleable are household items, decoration objects, household machines and furniture. We can sell them at a much higher profit than the other items. Earlier this year we opened a new second-hand store in Marghita, becoming the fourth shop in the Caritas network after opening a smaller store at the association's headquarters in 2018. We thank our partners who collect, pack and transport these goods. We particularly appreciate their persistent and selfless work.

20 Caritas Catolica Emergency aid program

In previous years the Caritas Catlica Association has been called upon on several occasions to mitigate the negative effects of special situations – natural disasters, calamities – by donating material goods to affected individuals and communities. For this purpose a specialized department was created to coordinate interventions, keeping direct contact with national and local authorities in the affected areas, i.e. the bodies coordinating emergency response. We have also participated in actions on diocesan and national level, coordinated by the Caritas Romania Confederation. The department has also contributed to the management of migration-related situations. The department has special and periodically renewed stock of materials, with which it may intervene in cases of natural disasters, fires, or other emergency situations. We accept material or cash donations from private or legal persons sensitive to these situations at any time. And we also count on the contribution of volunteers.

Collection program for used clothes

More than a decade ago we started collecting used but good clothing and footwear from the local population, by placing special collection containers in frequented areas throughout the diocese. Some daily collection points have also been set up where these donations can also be taught in person. At the moment we have 39 containers located in public spaces in Oradea, respectively the localities: Săcueni, Valea de Mihai, Marghita, Taşnad ( County), and Zalau (Salaj County). We donate a part of the collected goods to disadvantaged persons while the other part, with high degree of wear and tear are recirculated as raw material in the textile industry. There is also the possibility of expanding this collection network, but this requires the support of local authorities to ensure the order and integrity of containers which are unfortunately often vandalized. Thanks to everyone who understood the purpose of these activities and contributed to the collection!

Annual Report 2019 21 Education

We have always been very grateful to our sponsors, who have strived not only to give us fish, but also to teach us how to fish! They not only help us with their donations, but they also visit us, share their own experience and knowledge, helping us to refresh the professional knowledge of our employees, thus increasing the quality of the services of the Caritas Catolica Association. Thanks to sponsors abroad, for years we regularly succeed in providing employees with professional training courses. Our Dutch sponsor Coby Willemsen, and her organization, Stichting Steungroep Nederland Roemenië (StNedRom) had a crucial role in this process. At her initiative, for several years the educational activities of Caritas are carried out in a much more organized form. In 2019 we were able to take the work of the Educational Department to the next level, namely to organize courses for the general public, charging no fee, but accepting donations. We have also developed a partnership with Physio Sport Therapy Academy, on the basis of which we rent the conference room for the courses of the company at good price, and in return they offer gratuities and significant discounts to Caritas employees. Over the course of a single year, we have run several courses, most of which are given by Mrs Coby Willemsen, but also other. We would like to mention a few. • Course for calculating the real care costs of beneficiaries (4th of February) • Stroke course for our employees (5th of February) • Course on diabetes and stroke for the general public on the basis of donations (6th of February) • Patient transfer course (8th of May) • Physio Trainers’ Course (12th of September) We plan to maintain the educational activity in the future, at least at this level, and in addition, we have an important goal, to create an accredited course for caretakers.

22 Caritas Catolica Financial report
