Adsbøll & Sønner. Project de- signed by Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter. The project consists of a 1,320 m² Netto store, 2,000 m² designated for Fitness dk and 12 residential units. Handover was spring 2016. The project will be prominently located along Rungstedvej and create much needed dynamics at the southern end of the pedestrian street. Gilleleje About 5,000 m² in the heart of Gilleleje, including new Fakta and Irma retail stores, new Danbolig and Nordea branches and the town’s new healthcare centre with medical services and a dental clinic. The commercial part of the project was handed over to the investor in early 2014. 6 MIXED-USE PROJECTS Åbyen – Aarhus The site housing the old freight forwarding terminal at Søren Frichs Vej is being converted into a new residential area, and Innovater will be in charge of building a new 1,000 sqm Netto supermarket and 102 flats covering a total of 6,500 sqm.
