Ms. Shiv Nadar is the Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer and Shri Deepak Kapoor and Shri S.Madhavan etc Directors in the company. The residence proof of the Indian directors and four foreign directors are submitted as required under the Rules. The company has submitted their Project Report. The company has also submitted IT returns on behalf of M/s.HCL Technologies Limited 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 and PAN Card of Company. The company has submitted the copy of certificate of incorporation, certificate for commencement of Business and also the copy of fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name of the company for information.

The Company has enclosed DD No.107372 dt.27.09.2019 for Rs. 10,000/- as required in the policy.

In terms of Rule 17(2) of the SEZ Rules, 2006 the proposal is placed before the UAC for consideration.

In terms of SEZ Rules 2006, Rule 12 (2). Import and procurement of goods by the Developer:“The Developer shall make an application, after obtaining approval for the authorized operation under rule 9, to the Development Commissioner, along with the list of goods and services, including machinery, equipment and construction materials required for the authorized operations, duly certified by a Chartered Engineer for approval by the Approval Committee.”

The Co-Developer has submitted the list of materials duly certified by Chartered Engineer.

The Co-Developer has not submitted the Utilisation details of the approvals granted earlier duly certified by Specified Officer, Ramky SEZ.

Accordingly, the proposal is placed before UAC for consideration.
