16th February Saturday Artisan bread-garlic & cheese, mix grain country loaf & French baguette (mini)

17th February Sunday Multigrain burger buns, assorted dinner rolls, pav & bread sticks.

23rd February Saturday Chocolate handling technique

24th February Sunday Dark chocolate &dry fruits bar, roasted dry fruits rocks & orange and raisin hand - made truffles.

2nd March Saturday Making of pastry dough, making short crust dough& English vegetable with cottage cheese quiche.

3rd March Sunday Stuffed Potato & green chilly puff, French hearts and cheese straws.
