CHRIST IS RISEN! INDEED HE IS RISEN!

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice, and let the whole world, both visible and invisible, keep festival: For Christ is risen, our eternal joy. ( of Pascha)

Dearly beloved in Christ!

Today, on this joyous and saving Day of Christ’s words are of utmost importance to us, because today’s Resurrection the entire world is rejoicing, beaming with the world is in dire need of peace. Íàñòàâ ðàä³ñíèé äåíü, ÿêèé îõîïèâ ² íåõàé òåìí³ ñèëè çëà êëóáî÷àòüñÿ äîâêîëà íàø³ äóø³ ³ ñåðöÿ. I ìè ñâî¿ìè ãð³øíèìè óñòàìè îñï³âóºìî íàñ. Íåõàé áàãàòî ç íàñ ï³ääàþòüñÿ ä³ÿì öèõ ñèë ³ ñëàâó Áîæó ³ ñï³âàºìî êàíòè Ïàñõàëüí³. â³äõîäÿòü â³ä ïðàâäèâî¿ â³ðè õðèñòèÿíñüêî¿. Àëå âåñü Ïîâîë³ òÿãíóâñÿ Âåëèé ï³ñò. Çíåìàãàëè ìè â ñâ³ò íå â³ä³éøîâ â³ä Õðèñòà. Äåÿê³ ç ëþäåé, ÿê ³ Íèêîäèì, íåòåðïåëèâîìó î÷³êóâàíí³…Àëå íàñòàâ äåíü -³ âñþäè òàºìíî íîñÿòü â äóø³ â³ðó ñâîþ íåïîõèòíó. ²íø³ æ â³ä- ðàä³ñòü! êðèòî ñòàþòü íà øëÿõ ïîäâèæíèöòâà, ³ñïîâ³äíèöòâà òà Tàê ³ â æèòò³ âñüîãî ëþäñòâà íåçðèìî ï³äãîòîâ- ìó÷åíèöòâà. Òîìó íàì çäàºòüñÿ îäíå, à íàñïðàâä³ âè- ëþºòüñÿ ìîæëèâ³ñòü äóõîâíîãî â³äðîäæåííÿ. Õî÷ ³ õîäèòü çîâñ³ì ³íøå. çäàºòüñÿ, ùî ñâ³ò ñïèòü, çàãëèáëåíèé â íåïðîáóäíó Ìè äóìàºìî ïî-ëþäñüêè, ùî îñü-îñü íàðåøò³ ñïëå÷êó, àëå â íüîìó ðóõàþòüñÿ íåçðèì³ ñèëè, â íüîìó ê³íåöü. Àëå òóò ÿêðàç íåâèäèì³ ïðàâåäíèêè âèðó÷àþòü òâîðÿòüñÿ âåëè÷í³ ä³ëà. Òâîðÿòüñÿ â ãëèáèí³ äóø³, â íåñ íåñïîä³âàíî ñâî¿ìè ãàðÿ÷èìè ìîëèòâàìè, ñâî¿ìè ãëèáèí³ íàøèõ ñåðäåöü… Òàì âèçð³âàþòü âåëèê³ ³äå¿. âåëèêèìè ïîäâèãàìè. ² öèì äàþòü íàì íîâ³ íà䳿. íåçàáàðîì âò³ëÿòüñÿ âîíè â æèòòÿ. Ïîïåðåäæóòü âîíè çàãèáåëü íåìèíó÷ó. Ëþäñòâî ùå íå âïàëî òàê íèçüêî, ùîá â³ä÷óæó- ² îñü âåñü ñâ³ò çíîâó ñâÿòêóº Ñâÿòó Ïàñõó âàòèñü âñüîãî, ùî º âèñîêå ³ äóõîâíå. Ùå ò볺 â íàøèõ Ãîñïîäíþ, äîâåðøóº öå âåëè÷íå òîðæåñòâî. Öå Õðèñòîñ äóøàõ ñâÿòèé âîãîíü, ³ íå ñêîðî â³í òàê çàãàñíå. ñïàñຠíàñ â³ä á³äè íåìèíó÷î¿ , â³äâåðòຠâ³ä íàñ Ñÿþòü â ðóêàõ áîãîìîëüö³â ñâ³÷êè. ² ãîðÿòü ïîãèáåëü íåìèíó÷ó. ³í òâîðèòü òåïåð ñïàñ³ííÿ òàê ñàìî, ðàä³ñíèì âîãíåì ¿õ ðàä³ñí³ î÷³. Íàø³ äóø³ ñàì³ ç ìåðòâèõ ³ Éîãî ïåðåìîãó íàä ñìåðòþ- ñâÿòêóº ç âåëèêèì ñâ³ä÷àòü ³ñòèíó. Âîíè ñàì³ ðîçêðèâàþòüñÿ íàçóñòð³÷ ïðàâä³ òð³óìôîì õðèñòèÿíñüêèé ñâ³ò, ñâÿòêóº âñå ëþäñòâî îñü óæå Ãîñïîäí³é. Âîíè ñàì³ çâ³ùàþòü ñâ³òîâ³ ðàä³ñòü íåáóâàëó ³ á³ëüøå, ÿê 2 000 ðîê³â. Äóõîì Ñâÿòèì ÷åðåç ê³ëüêà òèõ äí³â” (ij¿, 1,4-5). Ëþäè òÿãíóòüñÿ äî âèñîêîãî õðèñòèÿíñüêîãî ³äåàëó, Îñü òàê ³ ìè âñ³ îòðèìóºìî öåé äèâíèé âíóòð³øí³é àëå îñÿãíóòè éîãî ïîâí³ñòþ íå ìîæóòü. Òîìó é çóñòð³÷àþòüñÿ äîêàç â³ä Äóõà Ñâÿòîãî, ÿêèé íåâ³ä÷óòíî âõîäèòü â íàø³ äóø³, â æèòò³ ëþäñòâà òàê³ ïåð³îäè, êîëè â³ä÷àé, ñóìí³âè, çíåâ³ð’ÿ òèì ñàìèì äîâåðøóþ÷è â íàñ íåçðîçóì³ëèé äëÿ íàñ ñàìèõ íàõîäèòü íà ïîêîë³ííÿ ëþäåé òàê, ÿê ³ â íàø³ äí³. ² òîä³ ó ïåðåâîðîò. áîëüøîñò³ ç íèõ îïóñêàþòüñÿ ðóêè, ïàäຠåíåðã³ÿ. ² ëþäè Îò ÿêáè íàì íàçàâæäè çáåðåãòè â íàøèõ äóøàõ òå êðè÷àòü íà âåñü ñâ³ò: “ÍåìຠÁîãà! Ñâÿò³ âæå ïðèãîòîâëåí³ äî ïî Ñâîºìó ìèëîñåðäþ ³ áåçê³íå÷í³é ëþáîâ³ äî ðîäó ëþäñüêîãî Áîæî¿ ñëàâè, äî âñòóïëåííÿ â Éîãî Öàðñòâî. À îñü ãð³øíèêè ç³éøîâ íà çåìëþ. –âîíè ïîòðåáóþòü òàëàíîâèòî¿ ³ áåçïåðåðâíî¿ ïðîïîâ³ä³. ¯ì ³ Áàãàòî áóëî äàíî íåçàïåðå÷ëèâèõ äîêàç³â öüîãî. Âîíè íåñ³òü àïîñòîëüñüêå áëàãîâ³ñòÿ. Äî íèõ ³ éä³òü ç ïàñõàëüíèìè âèòðèìàëè âåëèêó â³ääàëü ÷àñó, àëå íå âòðàòèëè ñâ ñèëè, ñâ³÷êàìè, ç öèì ãðîìîãëàñíèì â³òàííÿì: “Õðèñòîñ Âîñêðåñ!” ñâ áåçïåðå÷íîñò³ ³ äîñòîâ³ðíîñò³. ²ä³òü äî íèõ ³ ïðîïîâ³äóéòå. Öå çàïîâ³äàâ íàì Ñàì Õðèñòîñ. Ñîðîê äí³â áà÷èëè Õðèñòà ñâÿò³ àïîñòîëè ³ ³íø³ âèáðàí³ Ïðî öå íàñ â÷àòü ñâÿò³ àïîñòîëè. Ïðî öå ãîâîðÿòü ³ îáñòàâèíè ó÷åíèêè, ïîñë³äîâíèêè òà ïîñë³äîâíèö³ Õðèñòîâ³. Âîíè ñüîãîäåííÿ. ðîçìîâëÿëè ç Íèì, ñëóõàëè Éîãî ïîâ÷ÿííÿ ïðî Öàðñòâî Áîæå. Íå ñòàâòåñÿ çíåâàæëèâî äî áåçáîæíèê³â ³ ãð³øíèê³â. Îñÿãàëè ðîçóìîì âîíè òàéíó âåëèêó; ðîçóì³ëè, ùî ¯õ äóø³ ïîòðåáóþòü ïðîïîâ³ä³, õî÷ ñàì³ âîíè íå ñòàëàñÿ ïîä³ÿ âèêëþ÷íî¿ âàæëèâîñò³; çâåðøèëàñü ïåðåìîãà, óñâ³äîìëþþòü òàêî¿ ïîòðåáè. As long as I am in the world, I am the Light of the world.” When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing.
