(b) 19/01839/S73 - Caravan Home Farm, - Variation of conditions 2 and 5 of permission 10/1385/P/FP to allow an additional pitch and revised siting of the caravans. (c) 19/01642/FUL - Linde Gas UK Ltd, Pink Hill Lane - Retention of site as depot for the processing of helium and the storage, sale and distribution of gas cylinders. (d) 19/01865/LBC - 29 Acre End Street - Internal and external alterations to reconfigure kitchen layout with changes to fenestration and insertion of rooflights. Resident – 8 (b) Inconsistences and inaccuracies in application documents/plans. Concerns with vehicle movements on the site. Potential increase in traffic movements.

(a) 19/01662/HHD - 6 Hawthorn Road - Erection of single storey side extension.

No objection.

(b) 19/01473/S73 / 14/02357/FUL - Abbey Farm, Abbey Street - Non compliance with condition 2 approved plans and condition 5 use as annexe of planning permission 14/02357/FUL to allow restoration of cottage and use for letting as separate dwelling.

Concern re safety of vehicles crossing pedestrian access to adjacent properties. Comment only. OS2 parking.

(c) 19/01676/HHD - 39 Wytham View - Erection of first floor rear extension above existing kitchen.

No objection.

Should not be part of GV. • Pollution. • No/inadequate health impact assessment. • Environment impact. • Contradictory content to conclusions. • Heritage Statement is factually incorrect. • Greenbelt policy contradiction. • Sunderland Avenue 30mph limit replication. Roundabout to roundabout. • Solar power use at P&R. • Roundabout is missing West Eyn SDA spur. • Still waiting to see the Business Case, before the application is approved. • Biodiversity impact. • Light pollution. • Cycling considerations are lacking detail. • Any other considerations from the meeting on 12 July. • Input from Dennis.

(e) 19/01426/HHD - 3 Witney Road - Erection of single and two storey extension.

No objection. In Conservation Area. Officer to ensure build quality is delivered.

(f) 19/01491/FUL - 7 Clover Place - Construction of a detached dwelling with associated parking for the proposed and existing dwelling.

No objection.

(g) 19/01364/FUL - The Queens Head, 17 Queen Street - Erection of pizza shack and oven for consuming on the premises and take away. (Retrospective).

Whilst we have no objection, we are disappointed with a retrospective application.

(h) 19/01217/FUL - Barnard Lodge Farm, Barnard Gate - Conversion of barn to three dwellings with associated works.

No objection.
