ULTRA FIT RESTAURANT GUIDE It’s always hard to know what to when you’re out and about in town.

Most of the time we try real hard to eat well and stay on track but because we’re not sure what to eat and haven’t much knowledge on what’s good and what’s bad we end up eating crap.

We leave feeling guilty and that could potentially turn into a few days of binge eating.

It doesn’t have to be like that.

Here, with this guide, we’ve put together a list of uFit approved meals that you can choose when you’re out and about.

So before you head out for food, have a look at this guide and make sure you have a clear plan of knowing what you’re going to eat.

If you’re restaurant doesn’t feature on here, let us know so we can review the menu and add it on at a further date.

Most restaurants also allow for you to make certain swaps. This could be swapping the fries for sweet potatoes or asking for an extra helping of vegetables instead.

But always remember, if you’re going to go ‘all out’ and cheat, make sure you’ve earn’t it with a workout that day.
