2018 AECC APPROVED PAINT COLORS

Any deviation from the colors listed below must be approved by the AECC Committee.

All colors listed are Benjamin Moore Paints: NAVAJO WHITE: Approved for bay windows, trim, shutters, front doors and chimney fireboxes.

RICHMOND BISQUE: Approved for bay windows, trim, shutters, front doors and chimney fireboxes.

CHARLESTON BROWN: Approved for bay window roofs, shutters and front doors.

TUDOR BROWN: Approved for copper/metal roofs, bay window roofs, shutters, front doors, smoke stack (glossy) and metal flange (glossy) over chimney firebox.

HAMILTON BLUE: Approved for bay window roofs, shutters and front doors.

LAFAYETTE GREEN Or TARRYTOWN GREEN: Approved for bay window roofs, shutters and front doors.

BLACK: Approved for bay window roofs, shutters, front doors, smoke stack (glossy), and wrought iron rails (glossy).

SANDRIFT Or BUTTE BEIGE: Approved for bay window roofs, shutters, front doors and chimney firebox.

CLASSIC BURGUNDY: Approved for bay window roofs, shutters and front doors.

The term “trim” refers to the wood or sliding around the windows, doors, roof, gutters, downspouts and address board. Paint bay window roof, shutters, and front/storm doors to match. If you choose one color for shutters and another for the door, you must first obtain approval from the AECC Committee. If you wish to request approval for a color change you must submit a color sample with your request.
