Dixonville North NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL), a wholly owned Meter Station subsidiary of TransCanada PipeLines Limited, has applied to the National Energy Board (NEB) to abandon the south section of the Peace River Mainline, a 20-inch (508 mm) natural gas pipeline.
