Job Opening: Recruitment Associate Commission-based, online job

Position Overview

The Recruitment Associate will recruit students for the BSL MBA, Executive MBA, Diploma in Sustainable Business and Masters Programs exclusively on LinkedIn. The job position is based on commission and allows for distance (online) working with no fixed work schedule.

The BSL LinkedIn recruitment process includes the following steps:

• Step 1: Target suitable candidates and send a standard InMail template on LinkedIn • Step 2: Follow-up with responsive prospects – organize a phone call / Skype meeting / meeting in person • Step 3: Provide suitable candidates with all necessary information; collaborate with BSL’s Admissions to organize a campus visit & class observation • Step 4: Ensure a submission of a complete application file (name of Recruitment Associate must be indicated under “How did you hear about us” question in the Application Form OR the application file has to be submitted by the Recruitment Associate directly).

BSL admissions team takes over at the moment the Prospective Student receives an Applicant Status.

Obligations & Responsibilities

Job training

• Receive training about BSL’s educational approach and programs (possible to do via Skype) • Do a campus visit & class observation of the E/MBA, Diploma in Sustainable Business and Masters programs (if possible) • Meet members of the BSL administration team involved in key recruitment & admissions activities (Admissions Coordinators; Program Directors; Student Counselor)

Ongoing responsibilities

• Release only official and correct information about the school and its programs • Use strictly BSL approved email templates for standard outreach • Update BSL as soon as a new application file is (to be) submitted – indicate name of prospective student and program of application • Ensure having sufficient quantities of up-to-date BSL promotional material (brochures) at any time • Keep ongoing communication with the BSL Marketing & Admissions team to receive and request information • Be available for an online status update meeting at least once a month • Request clarification or information at any moment when uncertain about BSL’s program details

Ideal profile

• Experience in Sales or Recruitment • Experience in Education is of advantage • LinkedIn savvy / open to acquire new LinkedIn recruitment tools • Service-oriented, professional communicator • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, independent • Workforce agility and results orientation • Excellent command of English; any additional language an advantage
