BENNEY The Mowhay, Medlyn Cottage, Porkellis, Helston, TR13 0EQ Tel No: 07931 810377 RULES AND REGULATIONS Judging to commence at 9.00 a.m. All exhibits to be brought to the Y.F.C. Marquee from 4.00–8.00 p.m. on Sunday, 14th July and from 7.00–9.00 a.m. on Monday 15th July. If the entries in any one class do not exceed three, or if the standard is insufficiently high, the Judge will be at liberty to withhold any Prize. No exhibitor shall be entitled to more than one prize in any one class, except specials. No exhibits will be allowed to be removed from the Show until 4.30 p.m. The committee will take all reasonable care of the exhibits, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage. They will also NOT be responsible for the exhibits left in the Marquee after 6.00 p.m. Any person lodging a protest must make a deposit of one pound (£1.00) to the Section Secretary. All protests MUST be in writing and left with the General Secretary before 6.00 p.m. on the Day of the Show. (As per Association Rule 12). Silver Cups (Perpetual) to be returned to the Secretary NOT less than fourteen days before the Show. The Association reserves the right to publish names and addresses of all exhibitors in any competitive competition. PLEASE NOTE: All entry forms MUST be with the Y.F.C. Secretary by Monday,14th June, 2019.
