The teachers, the student and the parents work together, often with the help of an external specialist, to implement a personalized coaching plan. Feeling understood and accepted, the student regains confidence, motivation and self-esteem. In small groups, surrounded by attentive and trained teachers, the student can progress at his/her own pace. Study abroad / Gap year A life changing experience From September to June, Chantemerle proposes language immersion programmes (2-week to 10- month stays). Immersion programs can be in French or bilingual French/ English with the possibility of completing a full academic year. Study abroad and gap year programmes are usually encouraged by schools in many countries as they bring clear benefits to students : Learning a new language with official certifications Experience a new education system and culture Validate a school year abroad and return home with no interruption of their studies Discover the beauty and uniqueness of Switzerland Sport, art and study programs Following one's dream The Sport-Art-Study programs are specifically designed for elite sport or art students to pursue an official academic education along with intensive art or sport training (8-12 hours / week).
