YEAR 1 Amelia Street All remediation recommended for this school in the January 2005 Americans the Disabilities Act Accessibility Study for the Richmond Public Schools (“ADA Accessibility Study,” attached at Exhibit C) Fox Elementary Installation of elevator and remediation of bathrooms as recommended in the ADA Accessibility Study, and resurfacing of playground to make the surface accessible to persons in wheelchairs. Francis Elementary Franklin Military Academy * In the event that the renovations at any or all of these schools are not fully funded with FY 04-05 funds, all remediation recommended for these schools in the ADA Accessibility Study will be authorized for completion in Year 2 of this plan.
