FOR THE OPERATION OF THEIR BUSES PLYING BACOLOD-CEBU VIA MABINAY AND VICE VERSA ROUTE. WHEREAS, in an indorsement letter dated April 3, 2014 from the Honorable City Mayor, respectfully referred to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlungsod, this City, communication from Atty. Collin Derk Y. Isidto, VP-Legal, Vallacar Transit, Inc., regarding their operation of the Bacolod-Cebu via Mabinay and vice versa route; WHEREAS, there is a need and demands for a steady, efficient and affordable land based transportation to & from the Island of Cebu; WHEREAS, after deliberation on the matter, it is the consensus of this assembly to favorably endorse the said request; NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of SP Member Allan C. Galunan, duly seconded by SP Members Danilo U. Famoso, Donald A. Alvarez, Cleo F. Gaudite and Andrew Martin Y. Torres, the Sanggunian RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolves, to favorably endorse the request of Vallacar Transit, Inc. for the operation of their buses plying Bacolod-Cebu via Mabinay and vice versa route.
