The information required for this report, as specified by Land Use Permit MV2013P0011 Part C Condition 9, is provided below.

a. A summary of off right-of-way activities undertaken and locations used for those activities;

For the reporting year May 2018 to April 2019, Enbridge required occasional use of off right-of-way (ROW) access trails and shoo-flies. The trails and shoo-flies that were utilized during the reporting period are summarized in Appendix A (below).

Enbridge also maintained the fireguards surrounding remote valve sites and facilities as required.

b. Waste audit (detailing types, volumes and ultimate disposal location)

No wastes were generated or disposed of as a result of activities on land use permitted areas during the reporting period.

c. A report on the volume of quarry materials removed from borrow sites;

No quarry materials were removed from permitted borrow sites during the reporting period.

d. A summary of all activities carried out under the Engagement Plan.

Enbridge continues to be guided by the Enbridge Pipelines (NW) Inc., Pipeline System Stakeholder Engagement Plan, 2013 (Engagement Plan) on file with the MVLWB. Enbridge is not aware of any outstanding concerns relating to use of off right-of-way access trails or any other land use permitted activities. A summary of engagement activities undertaken by Enbridge during the reporting period is provided below:

• Courtesy visits and follow-up communications with various communities and stakeholders regarding general operations and maintenance, reclamation activities, as well as meetings held to discuss Enbridge’s Public Awareness Program. Communities and stakeholders from various organizations included fire departments, RCMP, health centres, and town/village offices from Wrigley, , Jean Marie River, Trout Lake, and Norman Wells were engaged in-person, in addition to Liidlii Kue First Nation, Fort Simpson Metis Local #52, Pehdzeh Ki First Nation, Jean Marie First Nation, Saamba Ke First Nation, Tulita Dene First Nation, Tulita Renewable Resources Council, Tulita Land Corporation and the Norman Wells Land Corporation.

• In July of 2018 Enbridge notified all Line 21 communities and groups through meetings and emails that Enbridge had received the MVLWB Land Use Permit extension.

• In October 2018 Sahtu communities were invited to participate in the annual emergency response exercise held near Fort Simpson.

• In person meetings occurred in October of 2018, February 2019 and April 2019 with the following organizations and communities to discuss the Indigenous & Community Engagement Plan for the MVLWB Land Use Permit renewal application, public awareness, emergency response, safety and economic inclusion: Enbridge Pipelines (NW) Inc.
