Certain statements made in this discussion are “forward-looking statements” within the meaning of 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. These statements are based upon beliefs of, and information currently available to, the Company’s management as well as estimates and assumptions made by the Company’s management. Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on these forward- looking statements, which are only predictions and speak only as of the date hereof. When used herein, the words “anticipate,” “believe,” “estimate,” “expect,” “forecast,” “future,” “intend,” “plan,” “predict,” “project,” “target,” “potential,” “will,” “would,” “could,” “should,” “continue” or the negative of these terms and similar expressions as they relate to the Company or the Company’s management identify forward-looking statements. Such statements reflect the current view of the Company with respect to future events and are subject to risks, uncertainties, assumptions, and other factors, including the risks relating to the Company’s business, industry, and the Company’s operations and results of operations. Should one or more of these risks or uncertainties materialize, or should the underlying assumptions prove incorrect, actual results may differ significantly from those anticipated, believed, estimated, expected, intended, or planned. Although the Company believes that the expectations reflected in the forward-looking statements are reasonable, the Company cannot guarantee future results, levels of activity, performance, or achievements. Except as required by applicable law, including the securities laws of the United States, the Company does not intend to update any of the forward-looking statements to conform these statements to actual results. Our financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“GAAP”). These accounting principles require us to make certain estimates, judgments and assumptions. We believe that the estimates, judgments and assumptions upon which we rely are reasonable based upon information available to us at the time that these estimates, judgments and assumptions are made. These estimates, judgments and assumptions can affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities as of the date of the financial statements as well as the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the periods presented. Our financial statements would be affected to the extent there are material differences between these estimates and actual results. The following discussion should be read in conjunction with our financial statements and notes thereto appearing elsewhere in this report. The forward-looking statements made in this report are based only on events or information as of the date on which the statements are made in this report. Except as required by law, we undertake no obligation to update or revise publicly any forward- looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, after the date on which the statements are made or to reflect the occurrence of unanticipated events. You should read this report and the documents we refer to in this report and have filed as exhibits to this report completely and with the understanding that our actual future results may be materially different from what we expect. These risks include, by way of example and without limitation: ● our ability to successfully commercialize our products on a large enough scale to generate profitable operations; ● our ability to maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers; ● our ability to successfully integrate acquired businesses or new brands; ● the impact of competitive products and pricing; ● supply constraints or difficulties; ● general economic and business conditions; ● business interruptions resulting from geo-political actions, including war, and terrorism or disease outbreaks (such as the recent outbreak of COVID-19, or the novel coronavirus); ● our ability to continue as a going concern; ● our need to raise additional funds in the future; ● our ability to successfully recruit and retain qualified personnel; ● our ability to successfully implement our business plan; ● our ability to successfully acquire, develop or commercialize new products and equipment; ● intellectual property claims brought by third parties; and ● the impact of any industry regulation.

This time I decided to present the darker side of classic drum and bass. Especially Goldie’s tracks which were often shown in the TV, but also they where available at soundtracks for few movies (The Jackal, Spawn). We borrowed these soundtracks on the cassettes from our high school friends and played for most of the time. I also decided to play few PC demo scene tunes made by artists connected which one of the biggest drum & bass and trip hop netlabels at that time – Tokyo Dawn Records. It is active still but it changed a lot providing mostly jazz, funk, soul, R&B style tunes.

  • The Critical-Industrial Practices of Contemporary Horror Cinema
Off-Screen Scares: The Critical-Industrial Practices of Contemporary Horror Cinema A Dissertation SUBMITTED TO THE FACULTY OF UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA BY Joseph F Tompkins IN PARTIAL FULFILLMENT OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEGREE OF DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY Richard Leppert, Adviser January 2013 © Joseph F Tompkins, 2013 Acknowledgements I would like to extend my thanks to the many friends, colleagues, teachers, and family members who provided the necessary support and advice to usher me through both the dissertation writing process and my time as a graduate student. I am grateful to the members of my dissertation committee: Mary Vavrus, Gil Rodman, John Mowitt and Gary Thomas, for their lasting guidance, scholarly advice, and critical feedback. In particular, this project was hatched in Mary Vavrus’s Political Economy of Media seminar, and for that, I’m especially indebted. Also, to Gary Thomas, who taught me, among other things, the power of good, clean prose as well as the radical possibilities of making the classroom into a vitalizing, “heterotopian” space—a rampart against the “mechanical encrustation on the living.” I would also like to convey my sincerest appreciation to my mentor, Richard Leppert, who, since my earliest days as an undergraduate, has been a source of both professional guidance and companionship. Richard is my model—as an educator and a friend. I would also like to thank Jochen Schulte-Sasse, Robin Brown, Cesare Casarino, Liz Kotz, Keya Ganguly, Timothy Brennan, Siobhan Craig, and Laurie Ouellette for their sage advice during my graduate studies. Many friends and colleagues provided me intellectual and emotional support throughout the years: Mathew Stoddard, Tony Nadler, Alice Leppert, Manny Wessels, Mark Martinez, Doyle “Mickey” Greene, Kathie Smith, and Eleanor McGough.

("RIAA"), on its own behalf. and on behalf of SoundExchange, presently an unincorporated division of the RIAA, submits the following comments in response to the Copyright Office Notice published at 67 Fed. Reg. 70093 (November 20, 2002). The members of RIAA and SoundExchange, which are not entirely co-extensive, own the copyrights in more than 85 lo of all the sound recordings legitimately sold in the United States. The Librarian of Congress has designated SoundExchange as the agent to receive royalty fees and statements of account submitted by eligible nonsubscription transmission services under provisions:of the Section 112 and 114 licenses that are directly at issue in the above-referenced proceeding. 37 C.F.R. $ 261.4(b). Accordingly, RIAA and SoundExchange each have a significant interest in the royalty rates that are the subject of the proceeding referenced above. See 17 U.S.C. $ 803(a)(1). Attached as Exhibits A and B are lists of RIAA and SoundExchange members. These lists, particularly the SoundExchange list, may be amended as additional record companies join one or both organizations.
