To note progress with filling the vacancies on the Parish Council. 6. Lawton Memorial Hall – to receive and update on the Lawton Memorial Hall Committee meetings held since the Council meeting of the 18th September. To note the date of the next meeting and agree attendee. To agree any actions. 11. Police Matters – a) To receive September and November’s beat manager’s reports. (See appendices 3and 4). b) To receive feedback from the Cluster Meetings and to agree any actions. To note the date of the next Cluster Meeting. (Appendix 5) 12. Highways matters - To note any issues from members and actions required. 13. 3 Criminal damage – 1 R/H, 2 C/L

6 Road Traffic Collisions, all were damage only – 3 AST, 2 C/L, 1 R/H

15 Traffic related incidents – 6 AST, 1 S/G, 5 C/L, 3 RH consisting of 4 dangerous driving, 2 Tree in road, 5 obstructive parking, 2 animal related, 1 Vulnerable driver and 1 ASB riding

1Theft – C/L – Refusal to pay for taxi fare

1 Burglary – R/H – Intruders at local pub.

Areas of discussion Subject Speeding/SpeedWatch Continued complaints of speeding on A34 from Red Bull lights. Residents placing 30mph signs on bins and placed on pavement as visual aid. Request for SID to be laced near to Knowsley Lane junction. SID requires repair. Location will be considered Subject Royal Oak Investigation ongoing regarding criminal damage at Royal Oak. Regular patrols by beat team. Subject Rode Heath play area Reports of youths causing issues on Rode Heath play area. Music playing and noise from metal goal posts. PCSO Steele to patrol and monitor Subject Other Update on ASB issues at abandoned care home Care Home. Patrols continue in the area. Boarding up company will be visiting site for potential action.
