Dear Councillor, You are summoned to the meeting of Church Lawton Parish Council which will take place as follows: LAWTON MEMORIAL HALL ON WEDNESDAY 11th December 2019 AT 7:30pm The agenda for the meeting is set out below. Sue Davies (clerk) A G E N D A 1. To receive apologies for absence. 2. Public Speaking – to allow any members of the press or public the opportunity to speak in accordance with Standing Orders. 3. To receive any Declaration of Interests regarding Agenda items. 4. To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on Wednesday 18th September 2019 (appendix 1). 5. To note progress with filling the vacancies on the Parish Council. 6. To discuss Matters Arising from the last meeting - To consider any matters outstanding or arising from the minutes of 18th September 2019 not covered elsewhere: • Newsletter • Footpaths project • Noticeboard replacement and consideration of quotes for installation. • Fly posting Issues – an update • Projector Provision – to consider quotes • Meeting with the Canal and River Trust • Barrows Working Party • Community Group Meeting • Policy and procedure on death of a significant national figure. • Community clean up grant. 7. To receive matters from the Cheshire East representative present. 8. (To be circulated) d) To discuss and agree the budget and precept for 2020/2021 (To be circulated) 10. Lawton Memorial Hall – to receive and update on the Lawton Memorial Hall Committee meetings held since the Council meeting of the 18th September. To note the date of the next meeting and agree attendee. To agree any actions. 11. Police Matters – a) To receive September and November’s beat manager’s reports. (See appendices 3and 4). b) To receive feedback from the Cluster Meetings and to agree any actions. To note the date of the next Cluster Meeting. (Appendix 5) 12. Highways matters - To note any issues from members and actions required. 13.
