Especially for international students. Due to high demand and lack of government hostels: too many foreign students, only few rooms. However accommodation is the last thing to worry about for our students, since CESS is a housing provider as well. So he must provide an offer letter from a UAE university (public or private) showing that he can study “Electrical Engineering” in UAE (not another course, only the same course) For some universities, it is possible to apply with ‘eligibility letter’ or some other means. 2. TRANSCRIPTS of Latest School For university transcripts, credit hours needed for each course. Marks Sheet or any other documents canNOT replace transcript. If student has no transcript, then student has to provide ‘diploma suppliment’ or ‘syllabus’ to show the credit hours. 3. GRADUATION CERTIFICATE from the latest school 4. 1st page of PASSPORT 5. IF there is a national university entry exam in student’s ‘latest graduated country’, then we also need the exam results. ALL DOCUMENTS HAS TO BE ORIGINAL / CERTIFIED TRUE COPY AND ALL MUST BE LEGALIZED via “Apostille” or Austrian Consulate. (If document is certified true copy, Apostille or Consulate seals and ministry seals must be original) Some universities may request full original copies. NOTE: These are general rules. Some countries may require additional documents. For example Chinese students also need APS certificate that they can get it from Austrian Embassy. On the other hand, some countries (such as Nepal and Afghanistan) do not need legalization. VISA REQUIREMENTS for AUSTRIA These are the general requirements for Austrian student visa applications: Offer Letter from an Austrian university (we arrange it) 1 Year Valid Accommodation Contract (we arrange it) Money in a LOCAL BANK (in His/Her Own Account) € 6,500 + 1 year rent, if student 23 years old or YOUNGER € 10,000 + 1 year rent if student 24 years of or OLDER Convincing proof that deposited money in the bank belongs to student (not borrowed) and his/her a sponsor can send at least € 650 per month: Uncle with a good income or a company can be sponsor/guarantor. Generally they request bank statement of last 3 months and maybe some assets. Clean criminal record from local authorities WHO ARE OUR TARGET STUDENTS?
