That means they have to face various demands from their communities and often have to balance opposing ideas of what good governance means. But, just what does it feel like to work as the head of an amal- gamated hromada? You can now give it a try. Early March saw the launch of My Hromada (http://game.myhromada. info), a browser-based game on decentralisation reform that puts you behind the virtual steering wheel of a community.

Players can choose between two heads of hromada. The goal is then to solve various tasks or questions in role-play- ing mode. Only if gamers – or potential hromada leaders – take and make the right decisions can they lead their hrom- ada to success.
