In the democracy era every candidate has the oportunity to be elected in the General Election constestation. The electability of this young legislative candidate can be accessed through political development. This is because political development in Indonesia goes to the stage of “civil administration”, namely political progress and order. This research discusses how to develop politics as a major factor in the election of young legislative candidates in the 2019 elections and how to get them elected? This article answers these questions. Presupposition that is built to answer the above questions that is the strategy of young legislative candidates in building image, popularity and good personal electability will attract people to vote for them and succeed in attracting the sympathy of novice voters to vote for them. Their election in this election is also a representation of increasing political education, maturity of voters and more mature democracy. This is a blow to the Japanese democracy as the great majority of youth are politically apathetic and they are distancing themselves from active participation in politics. This paper describes the growing political apathy among young Japanese citizens aged between 20 and 35 that needs to be changed. Policies of the state should advocate for issues of interest to younger voters. The engagement of Japanese youth is reflected in three major issues: the feminist movement, community service and environmental protection, all of which will be discussed in this paper. The country urgently needs more young Japanese to be engaged in issues concerning the relationship between the economic and political state of the nation. The paper argued that the political involvement of young Japanese is not being attended to seriously. Instead, political parties are busy securing votes from the largest group of voters, ignoring the young. This has led to the increase of political apathy among young voters, bringing the Japanese democracy into decline.

In 1998 Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad dismissed him after he was charged with allegedly sodomizing his wife’s driver and acting corruptly by attempting to interfere with the police investigation. He was convicted and imprisoned after trial, but released when Malaysia’s Federal Court overturned the conviction in September 2004. The Federal Court’s decision was for Anwar Ibrahim the culmination of a six-year struggle for justice after pleading his innocence through the various tiers of the Malaysian court system. During his lengthy period of incarceration, Anwar Ibrahim became the symbol of political opposition to the Mahathir regime. Amnesty International declared him to be a prisoner of conscience, stating that he had been arrested in order to silence him as a political opponent. On 26 August 2008, Anwar Ibrahim won the by-election for the parliamentary seat of Permatang Pauh with a majority of more than 15,000 votes, returning to Parliament as leader of the three-party opposition alliance known as Pakatan Rakyat (PKR).

Setakat buat pelbagai tafsiran mengenai sokongan ini, jawatan naib ketua Pemuda dan Wanita mana-mana pihak terhadap seseorang. Me- sudah terbuka untuk dipertandingkan. Ja- nyokong mempertahankan jawatan tidak watan dalam Wanita kosong berikutan tin- sama dengan hasrat akan mencabar atau dakan Kamilia Ibrahim beralih arah selepas menyokong penyandang (KJ) dicabar. Buat menjadi calon Bebas Parlimen Kuala Kang- akan datang dibuat secara terbuka dengan masa sekarang banyak pihak termasuk ba- sar pada Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-13 (PRU13) mempertandingkan semua jawatan. Sema- risan exco yang `berlapik’ dalam kenyataan yang lalu. Bagi Pemuda pula, penyandang lam, cadangan itu pula disokong oleh Per- mereka berhubung pemilihan ini. sekarang, Razali Ibrahim tidak layak mem- gerakan Pemuda UMNO Pahang. Khairy pu- Hakikatnya, pemilihan kali ini tidak se- pertahankan jawatan itu kerana had umur. la menghormati pandangan suara akar umbi mudah dahulu. Jika dulu tidak sampai Jumaat lalu, Shahrizat Abdul Jalil mene- itu. Beliau tentunya tidak ada pilihan lain 1,000 orang perwakilan membuat kepu- gaskan pendirian untuk mempertahankan untuk menafikan hasrat itu. Walaupun ma- tusan di Dewan Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur jawatan ketua yang disandangnya. Mungkin sih belum pasti, siapa akan mencabarnya tetapi kali ini jumlah itu amat jauh berbeza.
