INTRODUCTION Laws are like spider’s webs: if some poor weak creature come[s] up against them, it is caught; but a bigger one can break through and get away.1 Imagine landing your dream job. All of your hard work and education has finally paid off. You accept the job offer, give two weeks’ notice at your current place of employment, and move to another state to start your dream job. Being far from home, and wanting to keep in touch with family and friends scattered around the country, you start up a blog.
