The ceremony took place at Forest Lawn Memorial Funeral Home and St.Peter’s Cemetery in London, Ontario on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 1 p.m. Pte Guillermo Tellez Patino was a Supply Technician who was posted to 8 Air Combat Service Support Squadron in November 2013.
