This class will be sourced thru the system, it will be dynamic, deeply felt and is designed for sensitive and dedicated students of all levels. Practicing yoga asana with props is a very effective way to access hidden (or obvious) places of tension in the body. The props serve to support and encourage opening in hard to reach places. Be ready to dig deep, work hard, and rest easy. Class size is limited to 15! Pre-Register!

Theresa Murphy, ERYT500, is Tias Little’s Senior Prajna yoga teacher and an Insight Yoga teacher. She is an innovator on the yoga scene. Her work is deeply influenced by the traditions of classical , the ancient Yoga philosophies and the Buddha Dharma. She practices and teaches a blend of several styles, combining strength moves with slow core practice, also lengthening and integrating from skin to organs to bones. In addition to working with the physical she places great emphasis on the subtle systems of the body, somatic-sensory attunment, mantra, and mind training. Compliment to her studies with Tias Little and the Prajna school her other root teachers are Sarah Powers, Amy Matthews, Eric Schiffman, and Patricia Walden. She travels with, teaches for and assists both Tias Little and Rolf Gates on a regular basis. Theresa’s studies span over two decades and include many great teachers of our time: she has been on the mat practicing for over 25 years, has been teaching for 13 years including offering workshops nationally, internationally, the festival circuit, and she ran a for 5 years having trained yoga teachers all over the mid-west. Her classes are inspiring, educating, challenging and take you places you might never thought you’d go!
