Rose Koch called the meeting to order at 5:48pm. Opening Prayer was led by Rose Koch.

Motion was made by Lois Lammers and seconded by Bette Becker to approve the minutes, motion carried.

Correspondence: We received two Thank you from Adeline Dreesen’s Family and Haven House.

Nancy Fischer presented the Treasurer Report as follows: October balance was $30,813.90 and the ending balance was $37,042.34. The current bills were presented as follows Donna Burbach cookies memorial mass $90.00, Fischer Feed juice for the fall happening $4.80, Etched Impression fun run t-shirt $194.00, Kruse True Value new vacuum cleaner $163.99, Appeara dish towels for fall happening $ 33.08, Hartington Shopper ads for happening $ 188.00 and Omaha Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women donation $15.00. The bills were paid in November. A motion was made by Jennifer Kleinschmit and seconded by Sue Hochstein to approve the bills, motion carried. There was a motion made to pay the first $1000.00 for Bread and Butter program. The motion was made by Renee Kathol and seconded by Becky McGregor, motion carried.

Commission & Deanery Report: There was no report.

Old Business:

Funeral Reports: All funerals reported went well. If funerals are at the Skylon, get supplies out of guild cabinet. Group 13 has the next funeral.

Fall Happening was a success for 2017 and Thank you to everyone that helped and donated their time to make this year a success. The evaluation reports showed that there was a better menu this year for the fall happening, the marketing was good this year, Kristi Wintz took around 50 posters and they used signs in the street by the Bank of Hartington and Skylon. There was talk about adding Bingo next year and we needed to adjust the amount of food for take outs

Election of Officers: The 2018 vice president is Rachele Kuehn and 2018-2019 treasurer Brenda Steffen, president Nicole Haberer and secretary Renee Kathol.

Groups 13 -14 have December church cleaning, the main church cleaning day is December 16th, 2017 and Groups 8 -14 need to find 3 people from each group to help decorate church on Dec 21 at 8:00am. Groups 1-7 need to find 3 people from each group to take down Christmas decorations on Jan 7th after 10:30am mass. Trash needs to go in big trash can which is in the closet with vacuum cleaners. Group 3 will have January church cleaning.

A motion was made to adjourn by Renee Kathol and seconded by Nancy Fischer. Motioned carried.

Rose Koch adjourned the meeting with a prayer.
