Iron Age coins that bear a representation comparable to the Uff- ington White Horse have been found, supporting the early dating of this artifact. It has also been sug- gested by some that the horse had been fashioned in the Anglo-Saxon period, more particularly during Alfred's reign, but there is no positive evidence to support this and the view is classified as "folklore" by Darvill (1996).

Numerous other prominent prehistoric sites are located nearby, nota- bly Wayland's Smithy, a long bar- row less than 2 kilometres (1 mi) to the west. The Uffington is by far the oldest of the white horse figures in Britain, and is of an entirely different design from the others.

It has long been debated whether the chalk figure was designed after a horse or some other typw of animal. The formation is approximately 25 meters long; the lay in the 8m spiral is clockwise but is counter- clockwise in all the circles and the ring. The largest circle (the one with the standing Mustard-Seed plant) is 3.7m in diameter, the smallest outside circle only 1m across—the spiral center was .75m in diameter. The “lay” is quite flat to the ground in the circles, a little less so in the spiral and the ring around the one circle, with it’s off- center standing tuft.

Robbert feels the standing Mustard -Seed plant was deliberately left upright to emphasize both the precision and gentleness of the circle-making energies. The grass and delicate clover flow around the base of the undamaged Mustard-Seed plant, continuing around it almost as if it were not there.

When Robbert got home he skyped me and said he felt “very strong angel energy” all around this formation and was stuck by how “truthful,” how clean and honest this energy is. Many people have UFO sightings but don’t know what to do about it. Most people are reluctant to speak about the incident to their family, much less complete strangers. And most people don’t know where to go to report their sighting. There are several places to do this, some of which investigate the sighting while others simply take the report. According to surveys 5% to 7% of people have seen a UFO (equivalent to 15 to 20 million Americans) and 10% to 15% know someone who has seen a UFO (equivalent to 30 to 40 million Americans).

Millions of UFO sighting reports have been documented over the last 60 years. There are at least several thousand sightings reported each year worldwide. Only a small percentage of those who see a UFO report the sighting, so the actual numbers are actually much higher. To report a UFO, choose from the following online reporting sites:
