Inst-575 Parker Hale Bipod Adat PARKER HALE BIPOD ADAPTER The Brownells Parker Hale Bipod Adapter allows the installation of a Parker Hale Bipod Spigot onto any rifle that has an Uncle Mike’s Sling Swiv- #080-000-005 el Stud located on the forearm. The PH Bipod Adapter is made from light- weight aluminum and can be quickly installed without making any perma- nent alterations to the rifle. The PH Bipod Adapter is also lined with a soft, U|xaFAIAGy10370mzV pigskin leather to help prevent marking or scuffing the rifle’s finish. The PH Bipod Adapter will also accept bipod spigots manufactured by Keng Firearms that markets the Versa Pod. ƽ WARNING ƽ Never attempt to disassemble or reassemble a firearm unless you are absolutely certain that it is empty and unloaded. Visually inspect the chamber, the magazine and firing mechanism to be absolutely certain that no ammunition remains in the firearm. Disassembly and re- assembly should follow the manufacturer’s instructions. If such in- READ & FOLLOW THESE structions are not immediately available, contact the manufacturer to see if they are available. If they are not available at all, then you should INSTRUCTIONS consult other reference sources such as reference books or persons with sufficient knowledge. If such alternative sources are not available and you have a need to disassemble or reassemble the firearm, you should proceed basing your procedures on common sense and experience with similarly constructed firearms. SELECTION. SERVICE. SATISFACTION.™ With regard to the use of these tools, the advice of Brownells Incor- 200 S. Front St. Montezuma, IA 50171 porated is general. If there is any question as to a specific application it 800-741-0015 or 641-623-4000 • www.brownells.com would be best to seek out specific advice from other sources and not sole- ly rely on the general advice and warnings given. HOW TO USE Secure the rifle, bottom side up in a padded bench vise. Place the rifle so you have unimpeded access to the forearm. This will make installation of the PH Bipod Adapter much easier and help prevent handling damage to the rifle. 5 Hold the PH Bipod Adapter in your hand and locate the ⁄32" Allen Head 5 Screw on the bottom of the PH Bipod Adapter. Use the ⁄32" Allen Wrench in- cluded in the kit to remove the screw and the flat washer.Carefully set these parts aside. Turn the PH Bipod Adapter over and the sling swivel stud cup should fall out of its recess located in the top (pigskin leather-faced side) of the PH Bipod Adapter. Remove the cross pin from the stud cup. Place the stud cup over the sling swivel stud located on the forearm of the rifle. Align the hole in the stud cup with the hole in the sling stud. Press the cross pin into the hole. The cross pin should insert easily into the hole in the sling stud. The stud cup is now retained on the sling stud. Place the PH Bipod Adapter over the top of the stud cup The spigot hole in the PH Bipod Adapter should be facing the muzzle end of the rifle. Align the through hole in the PH Bipod Adapter with the threaded hole in the bot- 5 SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN YOURtom of the stud cup. BROWNELLS GUNSMITHS DATA RING BINDER Reinstall the ⁄32" Allen Head screw and the flat wash- 5 er into the stud cup. Tighten the screw with the ⁄32" Allen Wrench included in the kit. Do not overtighten. The PH Bipod Adapter should now be securely held in place on the forearm. The leather-faced surface of the Adapter body should be in contact with the surface of the forearm. The radius of the Adapter body may not exactly match the radius of the forearm but the pigskin leather facing will help prevent marking of the rifle’s finish. Over- 5 tightening the ⁄32" Allen Head screw may cause damage to the rifle’s finish. The Parker Hale or Keng’s spigot can now be inserted into the spigot hole 3 located in the front of the PH Bipod Adapter. A ⁄32" Allen Head screw is lo- cated on the bottom of the Bipod Adapter body. This screw is tightened to re- 3 tain the spigot in the body of the adapter. Use the ⁄32" Allen Head wrench included with the kit. A #580 Uncle Mike’s QD Sling Swivel Stud and #20 black friction wash- er are also included in the kit.The additional sling swivel stud allows a sling to be used in conjunction with a bipod. The Sling Swivel Stud should be in- stalled in the 10-32 threaded hole located at the rear, bottom surface of the Adapter body. Place the black friction washer on the base of the sling swiv- el stud and thread the sling swivel stud into the 10-32 hole. Tighten until just snug. Do not overtighten. A drop of Blue Loctite™ can be used on the sling swivel stud prior to installation if desired. 076-200-575 Feb. 04r © 2004 BROWNELLS, INC. MADE IN U.S.A..

2017 CATALOGUE ART OF PRECISION «Promtechnologia» (Industrial Technology) company directs careful attention to its products’ quality which allows it to gain some impressive results: Orsis rifles’ accuracy exceeds their most common counterparts’ results greatly. This reality is confirmed by the multiple winning scores of shooters participating in high-accuracy shooting international competitions with their Orsis rifles in hands. There is a parameter in ballistics called “minute of angle” (or MOA) which estimates accuracy of shooting and it is defined, as a rule, by a group of 3-5 shots. Rifles having MOA ratio less than 1 are called sniper rifles. «Promtechnologia» company guarantees that all Orsis rifles demonstrate accuracy not over 0.5 MOA and a number of models demonstrate even better performance. www.orsis.com 3 President’s Message 4 Orsis Special 6 Orsis SE T-5000 M 8 Orsis M-15 Carbine 12 Orsis AR-10 National Match 16 Orsis Hunting 20 Orsis 120/140 22 Orsis SE Hunter M 26 Orsis SE Alpine M 30 Marocchi Si12 / Walnut 34 T-5000 / 8-11 120/140 / 22-25 Varmint / 48-51 Marocchi Si12 / Plastic 36 Marocchi First-E 40 Marocchi First-E Deluxe 42 Orsis Sport 46 Orsis Varmint M 48 Orsis F-Class 52 Glock Pistols 54 M-15 / 12-15 Hunter / 26-29 F-Class / 52-53 Production 56 High-Technology Equipment 58 High-Precision Technologies 59 Exceptional Materials 60 Innovative Development 61 International Cooperation 61 AR-10 / 16-19 Alpine / 30-33 Glock / 54-55 Services 62 Rifle Barrels Replacement 63 Cerakote Coating Application 63 Technical Maintenance 64 Decoration & Engraving 65 Orsis Сustom 65 Dealer Network 66 Marocchi / 34-45 Contacts 66 HIGH-PRECISION FIREARMS SYSTEMS ORSIS 4 ORSIS ART OF PRECISION President’s Message 5 Dear friends!
