LECTOR ENGINE Software Engine is our own R+D development, using machine vision algorithms, based on our own neural networks.

The technology developed by Lector Vision ensures high-speed image processing, high accuracy in detecting plates of vehicles, maximum reliability in the automatic reading of number plates and excellent adaptability to different environments and conditions.

Lector Engine recognizes license plates from different countries simultaneously, ecognizing the country automatically. The software allows to select optimized settings for country recognizes rectangular and square license plates, with one or more lines of characters.

It is based on web technology; this means that it is accessed through a Web browser.

Can be used by any device that has a Web Browser (Desktop PC, Laptop, Tablet...). Just enter the web address of the server machine on the web browser to access in the application management. The Management software allows the monitoring of transits individually and/ or sequentially. It possible to monitor all transits of all lanes or to just the last transit with detailed information.

Lector park access has all the necessary tools for searching vehicles and their associated data, including images. It allows the user to refine the search filtering the records by plate number, lane ID, date and time, ticket associated, etc..

No additional software, it does not require the installation of any additional software on the machine that will be used as a terminal. MultiTerminal, it allows access from different devices simultaneously (the system includes user management and access is password protected).

Distributed, it may be accessed through the network as long as the server is accessible to the car park management terminal. It allows remote and centralized management of the infrastructures.

Multiplatform, although EdgeLprServer Server runs under Windows, the web terminal only requires a web browser (Android tablets and tablets with IOS Apple are also an option).

Portable, the combination of several of the above elements allows a guard to make the rounds of the infrastructure and continue managing the license plate reading system, including online troubleshooting.

The system generates and stores a record for each vehicle transit with all its associated data: plate read, date and time, lane, associated images and videos (tuition, vehicle profiles and facial driver), etc.

TRaffIC EyE® Is a powerful Automatic Number Plate Reading system, designed to control and manage highways, roads, streets and, in general, any type of road open to traffic.

• High performance Automatic Number Plate Recognition software.

• High resolution cameras, equipped with infrared illuminators, capable of reading at high speeds, with heavy traffic and poor lighting conditions 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Traffic Eye® Section Speed Control Is an automatic speed control system, capable of detecting speed offenses, by determining the average speed of all vehicles travelling on a specific track section. The road manager must only set two control points P1 (beginning of the section) and P2 (end ofthe section) and the maximum speed, and the system will identify offenders whose average speed exceed the limit.

Traffic Eye® REd LIGHT Based on artificial vision, helps to avoid vehicle's Red Light Crossing by automatically detecting vehicles which do not stop at them. It is an automatic system integrated into a single device which include two cameras (a B/W and a colour one), CPU, and infrared illumination. One unit is capable of handling two adjacent lanes.

The system detects the vehicles which do not stop at the Red Light as well as it provides evidence of it which can be used later to prosecute the driver, This solution has a high level of accuracy and is more cost effective than the traditional ones as those radar based.

Traffic Eye® for Red Light Enforcement doesn’t require the installation of electromagnetic loops or other road equipment as it is based on image analysis. TRaffIC maNaGER Lector Vision is an application that allows to monitor the evolution of traffic and manage incidents that occur, adjusting devices and detect anomalies in the systems. TRaffTRaffIC GuaRRdd It is an innovate system that will allows a change in the way of monitoring the roads, it is based in automatic machine vision systems.

The Traffic Guard is a system composed by a camera which includes Artificial Vision software for Traffic image analysis. The system is able to covering up to 3 lanes and delivers the following information for each lane: • Vehicle count • Vehicle class (bike, car, truck) • Vehicle speed • Queue detection • Vehicle detected in restricted areas (as roadsides) • Forbidden turns The Traffic Guard is based on "virtual" loops and on vehicle tracking, the combination of both Machine Vision techniques gives to the system a top performance level.

The virtual loop works like a conventional electromagnetic loop, but instead of being installed in a road, , which requires road work, it is only necessary to place the camera and draw the loop in the picture. When a vehicle crosses the loop it activates as the classic electromagnetic loop, so it can be used in an analogue way.

The use of the tracking algorithms improve the outcome of the “virtual” loops (both technologies are used to detect the vehicle) and allows the system to have more capabilities as detecting forbidden turns.

Controlbike maximum agility Reading plates System

High-performance system for recognition plates in real time and detection searched vehicles or irregular situation, designed for use in motorcycles agents Police and mobility while they are moving. Capable of moving readings and so simultaneously on both sides of the housing Controlbike. The system contains four digital cameras, black and white and the corresponding lighting, to work in all lighting conditions. The system is controlled by a rugged touch screen can be integrated with external databases to make real time queries and you can be customized in response to the requirements for each customer.

Controlbike is a system with four blocks Mobile Systems fixed cameras oriented for reading license plates to both sides of the vehicle (license plate reading front and rear, 360 degrees). The read range is 2 to 15m capable of capturing up to two lanes.

Very small size, the system ControlCar is fixed with a magnetic holder on top of the vehicle and performs the reading and identification of license plates of parked or moving vehicles, facilitating the detection of all those who present some kind of incidence (stolen, no insurance, or wanted for any other reason). High-performance system for the detection of wanted vehicles or in an irregular situation. Specially designed for use in patrol cars is prepared to perform readings in real-time on both sides of the road while the vehicle is moving.

From inside the vehicle the agent can go controlling all the action that is developing outside.
