Uimarantaluettelo 1 (3) 7.5.2021 UUDENKAPUNGIN YMPÄRISTÖTERVEYDENHUOLLON UIMARANTALUETTELO VUODELLE 2021 (Kustavi, Laitila, Masku, Mynämäki, Nousiainen, Pyhäranta, Tai- vassalo, Uusikaupunki ja Vehmaa) Kunnan terveydensuojeluviranomaisen on Sosiaali- ja terveysministeriön asetusten 177/2008 4 §:n (yleinen uimaranta) ja asetuksen 354/2008 4§:n (pieni yleinen uimaran- ta) mukaan laadittava uimarantaluettelo asetusten soveltamisalaan kuuluvista uimaran- noista. Yleisellä uimarannalla eli EU-uimarannalla tarkoitetaan uimarantaa, jossa kunnan ter- veydensuojeluviranomaisen määrittelyn mukaan odotetaan huomattavan määrän ih- misiä uivan uimakauden (15.6.-31.8.) aikana. Pienellä yleisellä uimarannalla taas tar- koitetaan yleistä uimarantaa, jossa vastaavan arvion mukaan ei odoteta huomattavan määrän ihmisiä uivan uimakauden aikana. Yleisten uimarantojen veden laatua ja sinilevien esiintymistä valvotaan uimakaudella säännöllisesti. EU-uimarannoilta ensimmäinen uimavesinäyte otetaan noin kaksi viikkoa ennen uimakauden alkua. Tämän lisäksi uimakauden aikana otetaan ja analysoidaan vähintään kolme näytettä. Pieniltä yleisiltä uimarannoilta otetaan ja analysoidaan uima- kauden aikana vähintään kolme näytettä. ÅLAND’S XXXI ORGAN FESTIVAL 26.6 - 3.7.2005 The theme for the Organ festival's jubilee year is French organ music from the 1800's and 1900's. There will also be some improvisational organ music. Artists from ten countries will participate. The Festival begins with a magnificent jubilee concert in the Jomala church where Frauenchor Spandau, the orchestra Musica da Camera, Carl Borsuk and André Mielewczyk of Berlin will perform. The next day we will listen to the frequently cele- brated French-Italian organist Silvano Rodi. Maria and Roman Perucki of Poland will give a matinee concert on organ and violin in St. Göran's church in Mariehamn. The same night the duo will perform in Föglö while the internationally renowned organist Jean-Christophe Geiser plays in Mariehamn. For the first time in the Organ festival's 30-year history we'll hear an Icelandic artist; Kári Thormar of Hallgrimskirkja in Reykjavik, play in Saltvik. The internationally celebrated organ improviser Hampus Lindwall of Stockholm will hold a concert on the Grönlund organ in Mariehamn. David Saint of Birmingham performs at an organ matinee in Jomala. Jean-Pierre Leguay, of the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, will the same day perform in Finström. At the grand finale in Mariehamn, we will listen to the popular European Organ Duo play fourhanded. In Kumlinge and Sottunga, we'll hear the soprano Therese Karlsson of Åland, accompanied by the organist Heikki Seppänen of Turku. Katrin and Henryk Gwardak will participate in the children's concert in the gallery in St. Göran's church in Mariehamn. -

Introduction Commercial producers have long seen the advantage of branding their products, and the idea of discovering or creating uniqueness also attracts the leaders and governments of countries, states and cities (aShWorth 2009). However, traditional product marketing framework has proved to be inadequate for places; therefore, place branding has rather leaned on corporate branding. Place branding is a long-term, strategic process that requires continuity, and these actions take time to be recognised (KavaratZIS 2009). As generally recognised not only in onomastics but also in marketing, a name can be seen as the core of a brand. Therefore, a place name is the core of a place brand. Having a name is having an identity. A brand name has functions that can be regarded as sources of brand equity, and name changes have proved to cause discomfort and distress amongst consumers (e.g. RounD–RoPER 2012, BRoWn 2016). The name of a place – having stayed unchanged – has traditionally represented permanence and stability and could be regarded as the place’s memory (BASSO 1996, hEllElanD 2009). Referring to lauRa koSTanSki (2016) and her theory of toponymic attachment, place names carry strong emotional and functional attachments. This theory is very important also regarding place branding. According to GRAHAM et al. (2000), heritage can be defined as the past and future in the present. Accordingly, place heritage is heritage which is bound up with physical space that is a place. As for the concept of place, it is a named space (lÉVi-STRauSS 1962). -

Insectivorous bats living near metal emission 33 sources can be vulnerable to such contaminants. Although it is known that bats can 34 bioaccumulate metals, little information exists on the effects of metal elements on their 35 physiological status. For example, oxidative status markers are known to vary after 36 detoxification processes and immune reactions. Here, for two consecutive summers, we 37 sampled individuals from a natural population of the insectivorous bat, Myotis daubentonii, 38 inhabiting a site close to a metal emission source. We quantified metals and metalloids (As, 39 Ca, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn) from individual fecal pellets. We measured enzymatic 40 antioxidants (GP, CAT, SOD), total glutathione (tGSH) and ratio between reduced and 41 oxidized glutathione (GSH:GSSG) from their red blood cells together with biometrics, 42 hematocrit and parasite prevalence. The material support of the US government contributed to the globalization of the recording industry and functioned as a facet American-style consumerism. As American culture spread, so did questions about the Cold War and consumerism. As young people began to question the Cold War order they still consumed American mass culture as a way of rebelling against the establishment. But corporations complicit in the Cold War produced this mass culture. Punks embraced cultural rebellion like hippies.
