Dear Members, The Jockey Club（HKJC） How to book the Boxes

Time Period：September 6th, 2020～July 14th, 2021 (2020/2021 Season) For schedule details, see the website of HKJC http://entertainment.hkjc.com/ ※There are some exceptional race days (*1)

Package price： ① 4/F or 6/F Happy Valley Stand, (HK$750 per person) ② 6/F Grandstand Ⅱ, Racecourse (HK$715 per person) ※Package includes an admission badge, buffet and selected drinks. No outside food or beverage allowed to be brought into HKJC’s premises. A 10% service charge will be levied on any additional food and beverage. ※Special price is required on special race days. See (*2).

Number of people：Minimum 4 persons ※All members and guests must be aged 18 year or above. Please note that Singlets,shirts and flip-flop are not acceptable. The minimum standard for visiting Parade Ring is blazers or sports jackets over shirts, sports shirts with collars, or turtle necks; of shirts and tie, Zhong Shan suits, Cheongsam and Min Ou are acceptable forms of dress code. Ladies are required to dress to a comparable standard.

Booking Procedure： Bookings with HKJC’ Racecourse Catering Office by E-mail or fax by completing a reservation form with credit card account details. The deadline for booking is 2 working days prior to each race meeting. HKJC will reply by fax or email to notify you of the results of the bookings within 2 working days. Payment method：By Credit card only (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diner’s Club, American Express) ※No refund will be made for cancellation after confirmation of booking. HKJC may cancel or abort any race meeting on the occurrence of any event beyond the control. In the event of such cancellation or abortion, any amount already paid by the member will held over for settlement of the fee payable for substituted race meeting, OR if there is no substituted race meeting, refund of the money without interest.

Admission：Please present confirmation document and The Hongkong Japanese Club’s membership card as the proof of purchase when you collect the admission badges on the race day. All the badges are non-transferable and cannot be resold. ① Entrance B of Happy Valley Racecourse ② Main Entrance / Gate 7 of Grandstand Car Park of Collecting admission badge and entering the Box start 2hrs before the first race starts. It may changes the time subject to any conditions by HKJC.

(*1) Reservation for the RONGINES Hong Kong International Races (13 Dec 2020) will not be available.
