Alexander Livnat, Ph.D. 12/18/2014 This is the second out of five volumes describing EPA’s current state of knowledge of CCR damage cases. This volume comprises 42 damage case-specific modules. Each module contains background information on the host power plant, type and design of the CCR management unit(s), their hydrogeologic setting and status of groundwater monitoring system, evidence for impact, regulatory actions pursued by the state and remedial measures taken, litigation, and rationale for the site’s current designation as a potential damage case in reference to pre-existing screenings.
