The total cost of the unit after proposed expansion is Rs 102.5 lacs. 1.2 FUEL AND ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION Existing Agro waste/Briquette permission is 110 kg/Hr. which will be reached at 260 kg/Hr. Unit is consuming 20 HP electricity in existing condition which will be reached to 75 HP after proposed expansion. 1.3 WATER CONSUMPTION Unit can use 4 KL/Day fresh water as per existing CCA-H-98146. Unit is using 1 KLD water for domestic and 3 KLD water for industrial purpose as per CCA. After expansion unit will use Total 15.1 KLD Fresh water. In which 12.1 KLD water use for the industrial purpose and 6 KLD water used for the domestic purpose. The water consumption for the domestic purpose will be 5 KLD and for the gardening purpose will be 1 KLD. A detail of water consumption & water balance diagram is attached as Annexure – 7 of Form I . 1.4 WASTEWATER GENERATION Total process effluent generation after proposed expansion will be 9 KL/Day, In which High COD effluent(5.4 KLD ) Send to CMEE BEIL.and remain 3.6 KLD low cod effluent is send to the ETP.0.3 KLD waste water from boiler, washing effluent (0.5 KLD), Cooling tower blow down ( 0.2 KLD), and Other (0.1 KLD) will be treated into ETP. Thus total 4.4 KLD waste water will be treated into in-house ETP and send to ETL. 1.5 FLUE GAS EMISSION Existing flue gas emission machineries is Boiler (400 kg/Hr.) SUNNY CHEMICALS., ANKLESHWAR 1.6 PROCESS GAS EMISSION At the condition of existing, There is no process gas emission. And the after proposed expansion Install Reaction Vessel -1. 1.7 HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT Hazardous waste generation from the unit is ETP sludge, discarded bag/liners, Used/Spent oil, spent carbon, spent catalyst and other process residue. 4 M/s. Sunny chemicals proposes expansion for manufacturing Synthetic organic chemicals at Plot No. 6811, GIDC Estate, GIDC, Ankleshwar, District: Bharuch-393002, Gujarat. Total Existing production capacity of the unit is 35.5 MT/Month. Unit is applying EC for manufacturing of 250 MT/Month of Synthetic Organic Chemicals. Total cost of the project is Rs 102.5 lacs. Plant layout of the unit is attached as ANNEXURE-3. 2.2 PROJECT PROPONENT M/s. Sunny chemicals proposes expansion for manufacturing Synthetic organic chemicals at Plot No. 6811, GIDC Estate, GIDC, Ankleshwar, District: Bharuch-393002, Gujarat. Unit is having valid CCA-H-98146 for the Synthetic Organic Chemicals. Unit falls in category 5 (f). The promoters have well experienced in this field. Now to meet the market demand promoters want to increase the production capacity of the unit. The plant boasts of contemporary infrastructure facilities with advanced machinery and automated processes. They are conscious of environment protection measures and from the conception stage itself necessary care has been taken. The unit believes in sustainable development and equally concern about environment preservation and pollution control. The unit has already provided adequate Environment Management System to meet desired norms of effluent discharge as per the statutory recruitment and also propose to expand its continuous endeavor for the pollution prevention and betterment of environment. A vision, a mission and a will to succeed are the basic ingredients in the foundation of the company. A team of well-qualified engineers and financial experts supports the company. Sunny Chemicals is located at plot no:-6811, GIDC Estate, Ankleshwar, Dist- Bharuch, Gujarat. Unit is having valid CCA-H-98146 for the manufacturing of Bulk Drug & Intermediates. Unit falls in category 5 (f). The approximate geographical positioning of the project site is at Latitude: 21°37'4.54"N , Longitude: 73° 2'36.38"E. This research papers studies the potentials of land for development plan through GIS based approach. Assessment of Land suitability potentials is an essential advance to recognise the feasible land use in urban planning. Land suitability was done for the Bharuch and Ankleshwar municipal boundaries including the neighbouring villages which are sharing the boundary with the municipalities. Land suitability was conducted by taking different parameters based on the characteristics of these cities and available data, viz. city boundaries, proximity to national highways, proximity to state highways, proximity to village roads, river, slope and water bodes.     SITUATION REPORT - GUJARAT FLOODS NATURE OF HAZARD: FLOODS DATE: 06.08.04 AT 8:30 PM In Gujarat the southwest monsoon system has been vigorous over Gujarat State. The intensity of rainfall has increased over southern districts. The off shore trough of low pressure as per IMD weather reports persist and now lies over East Arabian Sea extending from south Gujarat coast to Kerala coast. The upper air cyclonic circulation over Gujarat & neighbouring states persists and extends between 1.5 km and 4.5 km above sea level In the last 24 hours the districts of Surat, Navsari, Bharuch, Junagadh and Amreli, Kutch and Saurashtra have been under the spell of heavy showers. The state has received 50 mm of rainfall during the past 24 hrs with cumulative average rainfall of 618 mm. 30 taluka/Blocks have received on an average more than 100 mm of rainfall. The occurrence of torrential rains in southern parts of Gujarat caused flooding of floodplains in the catchment system of Tapti, Mahi, Narmada and its tributaries. The overflowing swollen rivers have affected the districts- Surat, Valsad, Navsari, Bharuch, Vadodara, Dangs, while Dahod, Narmada and Sabarkantha districts have been affected during the last 24 hrs.
