That Bylaw No. 1009, cited as Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Electoral Area C Zoning Bylaw No. 765, 2002, Amendment By-law No. 1009-2006 be read a second time. 2. That, subject to no adverse agency comments on Bylaw 1009 being received prior to the September Board meeting, the public hearing for the consideration of Bylaw 1009 be held at 7 pm, on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Blackwater Creek Elementary School, Devine BC. 3. Non-Building By-law Enforcement There was one non-building by-law action in August. Chronology of action to date to obtain compliance Date Details November 7, • Received written complaint about 2005 secondary dwellings on property as well as a duplex being rented as a four plex November • Building Inspector visited site and 16, 2005 photographed and recorded all buildings February 23, • Letter sent to property owner outlining 2006 contraventions • The property owner has been out of town for a number of months prior to confirming acceptance of the letter. July 2006 • The property owner requested an inspection of the property to acknowledge that the infractions have been resolved. August 29, • The Building Inspector and Planning 2006 Research Clerk performed an on site visit. Outbuildings were de-commissioned and are no longer being used as residential dwellings (cooking facilities are removed). The lower floor of the duplex has been stripped of the cooking appliances and toilets. Sept 2006 • File will be closed and complainant and property owner will be advised. Stop Work Orders There were no Stop Work Orders posted in the month of August.
