It was a windy day and it was decided to transport Will in the ambulance. During the ride, Will started to regain sensation in his limbs. Amazingly, he was back at school the next day, albeit in a neck brace for some time, and back on the footy field in two weeks.

“To have a service like Careflight that is so responsive... we are just so lucky,” Chris said.

Next year, Under 17 football will allow our kids to stay in the game and be far more ready for senior football. And, of course, our strong Auskick program will continue to focus on its core values of fun, fitness and friendship, while introducing boys and girls to the great sport of AFL.

We are very grateful for the support of the City of Canada Bay in 2013. From Mayor Angelo Tsirekas, Councillors, Steve, Pauline, Peter and all staff. Our sporting facilities are widely recognised as one of the best setups in Sydney, and the support services match the quality of our facility.
