FINALISTS ANNOUNCED FOR MIPIM UK AND ESTATES GAZETTE AWARDS CELEBRATING THE BEST OF THE UK

London, 25th September, 2015 – MIPIM UK, the annual business, conference and networking forum for the entire UK property industry, in partnership with leading real estate magazine Estates Gazette, has announced the finalists of the MIPIM UK and Estates Gazette Awards. Category winners will be revealed during the second evening of the conference, taking place on 22nd October 2015 at London’s Olympia.

The prestigious awards recognise and reward the efforts of developers and their partners from the private and public sectors working to revitalise cities and towns across the UK. The team of judges have shortlisted the country’s best regeneration projects, acknowledging future projects in Britain, whilst paying tribute to the best schemes from the private rented sector and honouring the regional deal of the year.

“Once again the panel of judges has been set with the difficult task of debating the impressive entries at this year’s awards. As was the case last year, they’ve been overwhelmed by the quantity and the standard of entries.
