Ihre S-Bahn Berlin GmbH 4 Dear Passengers, The line between Wartenberg <> Hohenschönhausen <> Springpfuhl will be completely closed from 4 am on 26 August (Monday) until 1.30 am on 14 November 2019 (Thursday). S-Bahn services will not run during this period, as we are renovating the tracks and installing a modern train protection system (Berlin S-Bahn train control system). This work includes a large number of measures, such as the installation of signals and axle counters. S75 services will run as S7 trains between Ahrensfelde <> Ostbahnhof until 1.30 am on 4 October 2019 (Friday). Together with regular S7 trains, this will create a service frequency of every 5 minutes until approx. 9 pm. There will be one additional train within a 20-minute period during the evening on the Ahrensfelde <> Ostbahnhof section of the route, and trains will run on the Springpfuhl <> Lichtenberg section roughly every 15 minutes during the night from Friday - Saturday and Saturday - Sunday. There will be a rail replacement service with buses S7 between Wartenberg <> Marzahn. Please use the S7 between Marzahn <> Ostbahnhof. Work trains providing logistics services to and from the construction site will be routed via Ahrensfelde. As a result, the Ahrensfelde <> Marzahn <> Springpfuhl section of the route will also be closed on a considerable number of days (see calendar). The closures are as follows: 10.30 am – 1 pm on Monday - Friday, 10 am – 3 pm on Saturday - Sunday, and all day on 14 September (Saturday) and 15 September (Sunday). At these times, the S7 will run between Springpfuhl <> Potsdam Hbf (10-minute service frequency), and there will be no S75 service. There will be a rail replacement service with buses for the S7 on the Ahrensfelde <> Springpfuhl route, and the existing rail replacement service for the S75 between Wartenberg <> Marzahn will be extended to/from Springpfuhl. We recommend that passengers use the many alternative transport options, such as the RB12, RB24 and RB25 local trains, M4, M6, M8, M17 and 16 trams, and bus lines (see p. 7). This flyer provides information about restrictions to services and alternative transport options in the period until 3 October 2019 (Thursday). More extensive construction work is planned as of 4 October 2019 (Friday), affecting the S5 between Wuhletal <> Ostkreuz, the S7 between Ahrensfelde <> Nöldnerplatz and the entire S75 route. We will publish another flyer with information about the resulting transport restrictions and alternative options. A look ahead at further upcoming construction work in the area is available on p. 10 of this flyer. Mainly barrier-free vehicles will be used for replacement services. We ask for your understanding should barrier- free vehicles be unavailable for any part of your journey. Transporting pushchairs, wheelchairs and bicycles is only possible where there is space on the bus, with priority being given to pushchairs and wheelchairs. Please purchase your ticket prior to travelling, since tickets are not available for purchase on the buses. Before you start your journey, we recommend that you check service availability in the electronic timetable information at sbahn.berlin, www.vbb.de or www.bahn.de. The information you need is also available on the corresponding apps and mobil.s-bahn-berlin.de. These online resources can show you alternative routes to your destination. S-Bahn Berlin GmbH 5 26.8. This will be our largest Annual Meeting since the foundation of the Society in 2013. The panels, roundtables and plenary events address the Conference’s overarching theme of “Borders, Otherness and Public Law” and other topics at the heart of contemporary public law inquiry. We are grateful to our Berlin hosts for their relentless hard work and creativity in putting together such a mega-sized event, and we thank our sponsors for their generous support. Most of all, we thank you, the ICON S members, for your overwhelmingly positive response to the call for papers this year, and for volunteering your time and energy to promote the success of the Society and its annual conference. Together, we have created what we believe is a first-rate, intellectually appealing program featuring scholars, jurists and policy makers from various disciplines and from literally four corners of the world. • TS2020 – Class 481
TS2020 – Class 481 Typ Train Simulator 2020 - Addon Autor Benjamin Ebrecht Version 1.04 Datum 01.08.2020 Kontakt [email protected] Preface Dear Customer, thank you for your interest in our product “Die Baureihe 481”. With this Add-on you have purchased a very special realisation, as it is our very first to be based upon a vehicle model series made from scratch in the DTG Train Simulator. We have created a completely new, modular script- system to replicate the specific functions of the Berlin S-Bahn, following in an appropriately long time of development. The time was well spent: next to many very detailed characteristics like flickering lights and correctly calculated switching sparks, we also could implement entirely new systems such as an independent simulation of passengers for realistically packed trains and an extendable, fully functioning IBIS (Integrated-Board-Information-System) for the destination display and announcements. Another specialty is the fact that, in addition to the vehicle, we also managed to put a whole route into the package. Cheers to Jan Bleiß! He allowed us take the S25 part of his Add-on route “Berlin- Leipzig” and fit it to our needs for this package. Together with him, we look forward to see the fully finished S25 (to Henningsdorf); announced for 2020, with this route our vehicle will be able to fully play its potential… As usually, we have added some local colour to our scenarios and as a further addition the S-Bahn classes 475 (“Stadtbahner) and 480 (“Toaster”) are included in the package. Please note the extensive contents and complex vehicle functions of this manual.

Several Hsp90 N-terminal domain inhibitors have been evaluated in clinical trials, but none have been approved as cancer therapies. This is partly due to induction of the heat shock response, which can be avoided using Hsp90 C-terminal-domain (CTD) inhibition. Several structural features have been shown to be useful in the design of Hsp90 CTD inhibitors, including an aromatic ring, a cationic center and the benzothiazole moiety. This study established a previously unknown link between these structural motifs. Using ligand-based design methodologies and structure-based pharmacophore models, a library of 29 benzothiazole-based Hsp90 CTD inhibitors was prepared, and their antiproliferative activities were evaluated in MCF-7 breast cancer cells.
