Mr. Byrd has successfully assisted clients with the resolution of several hundred complex construction and engineering disputes in over 30 countries around the world. Mr. Byrd has served as a construction management, scheduling, and construction cost expert and testified on project and construction management issues as well as construction practices, critical path delay, acceleration, schedule compression, disruption, construction costs and damages on domestic matters in arbitration and State and Federal courts as well as international venues such as International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.
