Interesting flavors of infused spirits are taking shape using the fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables from our garden. Buff Manhattan $ 13 Tyler’s “Upper East Side” signature cocktail is merge with our ‘”Buff Manhattan” to create one of the best Manhattan in town. Bulleit Rye, Dry and Sweet Vermouth, St Germain, Orange Bitters Jean - Paul $ 11 Cucumber & Basil Infused Gin, Fresh Cucumber, Saint Germain Spanish Monk $ 11 Brandy, Yellow Chartreuse, Jalapenio Simple Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, Orange Bitters Sazerac $ 12 One of the oldest ‘cocktails’ on record, the Sazerac has its origins in Louisiana where one story credits its creation to a Creole apothecary named Antoine Amadie Peychaud who created a proprietary mix of aromatic bitters that can still be found today. Our take on the Sazerac combines Cedar Ridge Bourbon, Bulleit Rye, Mata Hari Absinthe, Demerara Sugar, and Peychaud’s Bitters.
