Our Training • Focus on Attitude: IMI believes that the crucial factor in any learning program is attitude. Only when one recognizes the usefulness of the new skill, the importance of mastering it as Approach consistent behavior or ‘feels’ the necessity of it, will one be able to realize an ongoing development. Action Learning: IMI workshops are based as much as possible on the Action Learning principle. This means that an optimal translation is realized in daily practice – through practice simulations during the training, and also through individual practical assignments completed before and after the training when possible. • Customization: IMI Training courses are built upon the customer Training needs that varies according to the corporate goals, industry, environment and the profile of the participants, IMI has no off the shelf Training Material, We pay much sensitivity to Program design according to the customer Training needs.

Training Effect: Our Training workshops aim not only at changing the knowledge of the participants but basically the attitude and Skills of the trainees.

Monitoring Short Courses: & Evaluation IMI has a strict policy of evaluating all courses related to the firm. Upon reaching the end of each training course, participants are required to fill out an evaluation form for both the course and the trainer. This evaluation form is treated as a guideline for IMI to improve or modify its training techniques or course contents. Certified Programs: IMI continually conducts two types of evaluations for all courses during any semester; Mid-Term and Final Evaluation. The mid-term and final evaluation forms are designed comprehensively to measure the candidates’ evaluation of the course along with all the course related aspects (material, handouts, books, trainer…) as well as to assess the candidates’ evaluation of the center and the coordinating team. Candidates’ recommendations and suggestions are precisely evaluated and implemented wherever feasible, in addition; the candidates’ feedback on the trainer is instantly communicated to the trainer via comprehensive feedback report to pinpoint areas of improvement and achieve the mutual benefit of all parties “the center, the trainer and the candidates”. Also, an “Instructor Satisfaction Survey” is conducted which is designed to assess the trainer’s satisfaction with IMI as a training center and areas of improvement from his/her point of view. This survey is conducted at the end of each semester and the data is analyzed through the Excel program. The findings are discussed with the trainer and all corrective actions are taken. Logistics IMI is flexible in carrying out our training programs in-house, at the clients' premises, or anywhere with the needed equipment available. If courses are carried out in-house, IMI29 is responsible for all logistical requirements. If courses are not carried out within IMI premises, the logistics team is responsible for coordinating all logistical matters with the concerned client. Aspire Overview
