För leverans av större teknikområden som bistro, pentry, hatthylla, bagageställ, mellanväggar arbetar PROSE enligt följande: • Baserat på den konceptuella konstruktionen tas specifikationer fram på slutlig produkt som detaljkonstrueras och tillverkas av underleverantör. • Underleverantör levererar ritningar och certifikat på att tillverkad produkt uppfyller ställda krav. • PROSE och SJ deltar vid FAI hos aktuell underleverantör och verifierar att produkten tillverkats i enlighet med ställda krav. • PROSE ansvarar i sin tur för framtagning av konstruktion av produktens integrering i tåget och säkerställer infästningens hållfasthet.

Aktuell NoBo för åtagandet är Lloyds Register i Oslo. Myndighetsgodkännande sker i Sverige med korsacceptansförfarande i Norge och Danmark.

• I dokumentanalysen identifierades 130 dokument i den befintliga dokumentationen som påverkas av Komfortuppgraderingen: – Underhållsinstruktioner – Systembeskrivningar – Driftinstruktioner – Reservdelskataloger • Samtliga dokument 130 dokument har levererats till SJ i en preliminär leverans för att säkerställa arbetssätt som inte berörs av konstruktionen: – Referenser – Filnamn – Bilder – Revisionshantering mm.

• När ritningsunderlagen börjar bli klara startar arbetet att färdigställa dokumenten och uppdatera text och bilder. I detta skede upprepas dokumentanalysen då konstruktionsändringar kan innebära ändringar i vilka dokument som påverkas. De 130 dokumentet kan här alltså minska eller öka i antal. • I den slutliga leveransen levereras samtliga dokument med all information uppdaterad. Dokumenten levereras i word-format och bilderna skickas även separat i redigerbara format.
