Agenda Discussion Responsible Member 1. Follow-up/Review on Last UNHCR updated that camp profiling round 7 has already kicked off and now on UNHCR meeting minutes process and will release the report in May 2018.

1. Introduction/Updates of DRC: Two villages, Man Wah and Nam Paing, who took refuge in Pop Ba Yone current displacement monastery () have returned. Two villages, Pang Kut and Pan Sawt, remained in the camp.

RI: Baw Gyo monastery, - 144 HH remained; Yadanar Shwe Gu monastery- 142 HH/ 457 PP remained. RI will share updated PP list they have.

UNOCHA: Reminded to share the pp updates every Friday before noon to OCHA, hence OCHA will distribute a consolidated data in the evening.

Not covered by Kokang: Shelter/NFI/CCCM cluster UNOCHA and UNICEF shared Kokang IDP situation: a) 2 camps – Kyu Pan with PP 288(65HH), Shwesin Myo Thit with 145 PP(41 HH) b) 3 resettlement site – Pyi Htaung Su Ywa( 3067 PP/ 578 HH), Lin Haw Chone with 371 PP(62 HH) and Yan Lone Kying – not known.

The resettlement site is a government’s project to accommodate people from 19 villages, which are blocked from return and made prohibited area. The government hope other IDPs ( e.g 2 camps) able to return in future, but 19 villages will be never. The condition of attached houses is not good – small, only one entrance/exit door, no basic furniture, no water. In general, all IDPs need assistance in many areas such as NFI, WASH, Education, Livelihood, Protection and mine risk education, etc. No opportunity for agriculture in the area. The IDPs are mainly supported by Kokang Charity Alliance apart from Government. HPA and WFP through MHDO work there. They are IDPs who were displaced in 2015, initially to China and later entered in . It was about 30,000 PP as figure of 2015.

DRC: Some Lisu IDPs overlooked by humanitarian agencies in Lashio area (Kha Shi and Ei Naing). They are Lisu from Nam San and they managed to settle by their own arrangement in Kha Shi and Ei Naing, Lashio township.

2. Partner/Agency update IRC: distributed dignity kits- 193 to Mai Yu Lay, 63 to Hseinni in February and IRC to share the information (NFI distribution) 130 kit to Namtu. Details will be shared by mail. in Cluster tool

RI: Distributed Hygiene kits , Shelter kits, Dignity Kits and Return kits in different camps. NFI in Cash: RI will distribute NFI in cash for 250 HH in 2018 as pilot. RI to share the NFI distribution list in the Cluster UNICEF: Reporting tool to the -distributed 27 story books to Man Wein Gyi, Nam Kham, and Muse. Will Shelter/NFI/CCCM cluster also distribute more through cultural associations. lead (UNHCR) - distributed 200 hygiene kits to Kyuakme and Hsipaw through DDM. - has (34) Interagency Emergency Health Kits at DOHS to distribute to IDP camp where needed. It includes basic medicine and instruments for minor operation.

- will distribute hygiene kit through SCI in protracted IDPs. Department of Social Welfare: - Provided Child Friendly Space set to camps in Kutkai and Nam Kham.

DRC: Provided big bowl and detergent to 105 HH in Namtu as individual need based assistance.

UNHCR: Through the DDM, distributed 30 mosquito nets in Kyaukme

Need and Gap Muse RC camp didn’t receive replenished hygiene items for 2 months. Mungji Pa UNICEF will share with Dabang (Baptist Church) or Mung Si Baptist camp and some of KBC camps education sector of UNICEF. requested support for night-tutor for children. KBC to communicate with NRC. All KBC managed camps need NFI replenishment. Also, water and fire prevention measures. UNHCR explained cluster reporting tool. To refer to Protection sector. 3. IRC shared that a camp site, Lisu IDP, near Mai Yu Lay, has not received basic items; shelter, WASH/Latrines, and only Metta was looking after them. 202 PP (108 F/ 94 M) of 39 HH were staying under poor living and protection condition.
